Amazing experience! My guide was Richard and he was welcoming, friendly, and an overall incredible guide. He explained a lot about the historical and cultural significance of things and also answered any and all questions I had about Melacca or Malaysia in general! He also gave recommendations on different experiences or food to try in Melacca and Kuala Lumpur. And he's happy to help you take photos at tourist spots. Thank you Richard!

It was really good! It was a place I probably couldn't have gone to by myself. The Malacca River Cruise was especially good! The scenery was truly beautiful! The food was also incredibly delicious! I hope I can participate again.

We recently booked the Malacca River Cruise and Historical Tour with Lunch, and while there were some positives, our overall experience was a bit disappointing. Starting with the good: our driver, Mr. Siva, was punctual and very kind. He maintained a soft-spoken demeanor throughout the trip. The itinerary itself was great, with highlights including the scenic river cruise and visits to historical landmarks in Malacca. However, there were several aspects that could be improved. As a tall traveler in a group of four, the vehicle provided was uncomfortably small. Three of us were cramped in the back seat, leaving me with very little legroom for the 2-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca. This made the journey quite unpleasant. Additionally, while Mr. Siva was polite, his soft-speaking voice made him hard to understand. Unfortunately, we received little to no guidance during the tour, which felt more like a basic transport service rather than an immersive guided experience. There was minimal interaction between Mr. Siva and our group, which was disappointing. He seemed to engage more with locals than with us, leaving us to navigate and explore on our own. While we enjoyed the destinations, a more interactive driver/guide and better transportation arrangements would have significantly improved our experience.

The tour guide was friendly and pleasant, and we had a nice walk in Malacca. Even though it was extremely hot, we had a good time. We also enjoyed a drink at the oldest bar.

I went on a Malacca tour with our very kind guide, Jasmine. The food was delicious, and the people I was with were well-mannered, making it an enjoyable trip.

Tuvimos un fantástico tour de un día por Malaca con el Sr. Richard como nuestro conductor y guía. Su conocimiento y su trato amable hicieron que el viaje fuera tanto agradable como instructivo. Desde los lugares históricos hasta las joyas ocultas, se aseguró de que cada momento fuera memorable. ¡Altamente recomendado para viajeros solitarios que buscan una experiencia fluida y enriquecedora!

I did not tell them, but it was my birthday on the day of tour. I was solo travelling. I loved how the tour guide, Mohammad, made us all feel special. He called us all by name and remembered us each. I learned alot from his history, he gave us ample time for our needs, and he was sooo kind, i just wnjoyed everything. … About Melaka, it was beautiful. I am a Christian. It was a big difference from the islam/hindu vibes of the rest of Malaysia. I think I want to stay a night here next time i am in Malaysia

Both the driver and Mr. Kugan were on time and kind. The guide took a picture of me for remembrance. The vehicle was very comfortable. However, we did not enter a single building, not even a museum or an old Malay house, except for the place where we ate and a ruined building that was empty. The cruise was also surprisingly boring, unlike any other cruise I've experienced. The guide just pointed to a landmark and explained. We were given 1 hour of free time, and I just used it to rest and get a massage because it was too hot outside. I am a traveler, but for me, this was a waste of time and money. Not worth 100 USD. Better to go there yourself.

Poor value for money... a bit disappointed.

Many thanks to our driver Richard today for his excellent arrangements. He worked tirelessly throughout the trip, providing thoughtful explanations and enthusiastic service. He truly cared about every customer and was patient all day. I think it was a multi-dimensional experience visiting the city, and it was perfect to have someone familiar with Malacca. He took us to a very tasty lunch with juice drinks, perfect!!!
