It was a completely unexpected kind of tour. We thought it was a guided tour, but it wasn't. We had a driver who drove us around to different places and told us the history of each place while he was driving. He just dropped us off where the river cruise boat was and told us the pick-up time. We were totally frustrated because we couldn't go on the river cruise, which was part of the tour, as nobody helped us redeem the ticket. I called the driver, and he sent me the e-ticket, but since it was a Friday, the office would only open at 2:30 PM due to prayer time. The boat cruise would take 1 hour, and our pick-up time was 3:30 PM, which meant we couldn't make it.
