Excursão Histórica de um Dia em Malaca

I and four friends took a private day trip to Melaka. We had a very good driver named Java, who provided a smooth and comfortable ride. He also gave us great introductions to the history of Melaka and helped us take many nice photos. We would highly recommend this day trip with his company. attractions on the way:

Excellent day trip! The guide was friendly and well-informed. The historical sites and Jonker Street were highlights. Would suggest extending the tour duration for a more relaxed pace and to include the night market. Three Hours in Malacca is not enough to enjoy the place.

Everything is good except for the pick up time changes. i was notified late and my guide was provided with incorrect information! luckily we were able to continue the trip!

Overall, this is the best tour. Given the long journey from Kuala Lumpur (approximately 2 hours one way), it's a well-thought-out plan that maximizes sightseeing efficiency within a limited time. Our guide, Gan-san, was also very kind and, noticing that our English wasn't fluent, he patiently and slowly explained things to us. His driving was also very safe. I have no particular complaints, but if I had to mention one, it would be that although the initial meeting time was stated as 8:00 AM, we were informed by email the day before that it would be 7:00 AM. This made breakfast and preparation a bit rushed. Also, our stay at the destination was only about 3 and a half hours, and honestly, we would have liked to sightsee a bit more. However, I assume this was to avoid traffic, so it can't be helped.

Attractions along the way: Appropriately arranged, with good time management. Tour guide and driver: Mr. JB was diligent and humorous, helping us take photos and videos along the way. He even gave us a video of our journey at the end, which was very touching. Rest stops: There were rest stops and restrooms arranged during both the outbound and return journeys. Group size: Although we chose a group tour, there were only 6 of us in the entire group.

This trip required an 8:00 AM departure, which initially felt very early, but it turned out there was a reason for this arrangement. When we finished visiting the museum around noon, we found the streets packed with people. Our tour guide, Mr. Rav, began explaining the history of Malacca on the bus, preparing us for our subsequent visits. At each unique attraction, he proactively offered to take photos for us. Mr. Rav gave us choices for lunch, including Indian, Singaporean/Malaysian, Chinese cuisine, and Hainanese chicken rice. We chose Indian food, and he took us to a restaurant that served meals on banana leaves, meticulously assisting us with our order. Without his arrangements, we might not have had the opportunity to taste such an authentic and distinctive lunch.

Worth every penny! Very accommodating driver, beautiful scenery, and the best food.
