I had a wonderful time on this tour with Alex as our guide. He contacted us the day before the tour and carefully explained all the details and instructions, which made us feel well-prepared and at ease from the beginning. At the ski resort, he was extremely kind and patient, especially with us beginners. Thanks to his clear explanations and encouragement, we were able to enjoy skiing much more than we expected. He also took lots of photos for us along the way, helping us capture many great memories. Overall, the tour felt very relaxed and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed every moment. ⛷️✨

Klookで予約することは、常に私の最優先事項でした。ツアーガイドのエドワードとキは、ツアー中ずっと本当に親切で、私たちのためにたくさんの写真を撮ってくれることさえ申し出てくれました。エドワードは、初心者である私たちにスキーの仕方を教えるのにとても忍耐強く接してくれました。このツアーは間違いなく友人にも勧めたいです。

A wonderful experience on this tour, we chose the Ski package with lesson and Travis was our guide. it is a jam packed day which makes all the travel worthwhile. the tour included ski clothing, ski gear rental, bus tour, ski lessons and access to the Ski resort and Eobi Valley. The tour was well organised with guides speaking different languages including English. Travis was our ski guide and English instructor, he was very helpful, friendly and lesson covered all the basic essentials for a beginner. The bus was comfortable and warm and easy transport. we enjoyed the skiing and wish that we could have upgraded to a pass for the ski lift, but will try next time. the Eobi Ice Valley is a pretty photo spot however it's very cold! Bring beanie, gloves and hand warmers, there were some warm snacks and a heater after the walk.

Ki and Mac, both tour guides and ski instructors, were very dedicated and friendly. Ki was responsible for explanations on the bus and teaching double-board skiing, while Mac taught snowboarding. Originally, I had booked a Sunday Chinese-English tour, but due to insufficient numbers, it was changed to an English-only tour. However, Ki and Mac's English was very clear and easy to understand; even my 9-year-old son could understand what the instructors were saying. I took the snowboarding lesson, and Mac taught with great care, constantly encouraging us. My son also received his meticulous attention, which made me feel very comfortable leaving my child with him. When the lesson ended and we continued to practice on our own, Mac not only didn't leave but also observed us on the slopes and provided appropriate assistance. He was also very thoughtful, helping me take videos and photos. Upon arriving at Eobi Valley, Mac specifically reminded us to wear more clothes to keep warm, and he helped look after my son when the path was slippery. I truly felt his warmth. This trip was very enjoyable, and I hope to meet these two guides again next time.

I had an incredible time at Elysian Ski Resort! The slopes were well-maintained, offering a great mix of runs for all skill levels. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. The rental equipment was top-notch, and the ski instructors were knowledgeable and patient. The resort also had excellent après-ski options, with cozy spots to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day on the slopes. The views were stunning, and the overall atmosphere was laid-back yet vibrant. Whether you're a seasoned skier or a beginner, Elysian is the perfect destination for a memorable winter getaway.

Really great touring experience!! highly recommended tour guides, Mr. Patrick and Miss Ruby were very helpful, proficient in touring skills, and it was a very informative yet fun tour over all. Will definitely come back and book this tour again!!

We arrived at the meeting point early and boarded the bus, which was on time. Because some people hadn't arrived yet, the tour guide made a few calls, causing a slight delay. Upon reaching the ski resort, Coach Tiger meticulously guided each person down the slopes. The scheduled one-hour group lesson extended to two hours to ensure everyone learned. In the end, I mustered the courage to ski by myself and succeeded, thanks to the coach! The second itinerary was the Eofecheon Ice Valley, a spectacular and beautiful winter-only landscape. It was so cold that we went to the snack bar and ordered fish cake skewers, which was a great experience!
