Power outage at the ski resort ruined our day. Ski lifts were unavailable, and lockers couldn't be used because only e-payment was accepted. However, no electricity meant the lockers couldn't process e-payments. It's not the agent's fault, but the ski resort's. The agent and Klook customer service were very helpful, and a refund was successfully issued.

We booked an 8-hour ticket with ski gear and clothing rental. It was so convenient. The Klook booth was easy to spot and get our ticket. Their staff was accommodating and could speak English. We would do this again. We also enjoyed their free hot chocolate!

The challenge house redemption area is across the parking lot. It is a bit far from the main sled area, and the sled entrance staff seemed unsure where to direct us for redemption. Please inform all ticketing staff where they should advise customers to redeem.

I had the best time in Elysian. It was super easy to find the booth to claim the pass and claim stubs for equipment and clothing. Clothing and equipment is conveniently claimed inside the resort. It was super fun and I’m coming back!

It was a bit tricky to navigate everything at the beginning, especially if you're like me and have never skied before 😅😅😅 but by the end of the day, I felt like a pro 💪

We received the equipment and SkyPass instantly at the parking lot in the Klockk trailer. Everything worked perfectly.

If you buy tickets on-site, you can enter in the morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. However, if you book through Klook, you have to wait until 9:30 AM to exchange tickets at the Challenge House. Even if you're staying at the hotel, you still need to walk to the Challenge House at the parking lot entrance. We arrived at 8:30 AM, but the Challenge House wasn't open yet, so we played in the snow upfront while waiting. At 9:30 AM, the staff member was nowhere to be found, and they still hadn't arrived by 10:00 AM, so we had to contact online customer service for help. At 10:06 AM, the staff member arrived but was still on their phone and not assisting customers. After finally getting our tickets and walking back to the entrance, it was already 10:15 AM. We played for less than three hours before being cleared out by the staff. For the sledding experience area, it's more convenient to buy tickets on-site.

Klook lounge dedicated to easy redemption. You need to go to different stations to exchange clothes, ski boots, and equipment.

The two lovely young women provided very friendly service, and skiing here offers great value for money.
