Cheongyang Ice Festival & Nami & Eobi Ice Valley & Strawberry Tour

This trip was incredibly enjoyable and a truly memorable experience! 💕 First, our tour guide, Jessie, was wonderful. Before we got off at each stop, she would take about ten minutes to explain the features and important notes about the location (she would do this in both English and Chinese), which was very thoughtful. She was also very enthusiastic about helping us with any questions we had. Additionally, I was initially concerned that a tour with five or six attractions might feel rushed or too fast-paced, preventing us from fully experiencing and appreciating each spot. However, everything turned out to be perfectly paced, which was a pleasant surprise 😊. My favorite part was the strawberry picking experience. Although the itinerary stated 40-50 minutes for the activity, I worried it might be too short. But after picking strawberries with my family in the field, we had just enough time to sit down and enjoy toast with strawberry jam, hot tea, eat some of the strawberries we picked ourselves, and take photos. It was the perfect amount of time, allowing us to truly savor the gift this experience offered us 🍓🍵.

Our tour guide, Lena was amazing. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. Her explanations throughout the trip were clear and engaging, made sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. Strawberry farm was a great experience. We got to pick strawberries ourselves and we also had the chance to taste delicious strawberry jam. Next, we visited the alpaca café, which had a very nice and relaxing environment. Interacting with the alpacas was such a enjoyable experience. After that, we headed for lunch before going to Nami Island. The restaurant recommended by Lena was excellent. I really loved the Chuncheon dakgalbi. Then we continued to Nami Island. Lena was very helpful in taking photos for guests and took especially good care of the elderly members of the group, which we really appreciated. Lastly, I also really enjoyed the rail bike experience. Lena was a great guide—knowledgeable, helpful, and always attentive. The driver was also very friendly and drove safely and smoothly.

We joined a day tour on February 10th, and we were very lucky that the other members of the group were of very high quality, so our entire day went very smoothly! Strawberry picking, alpaca cafe, ice valley experience, Nami Island, and the final rail bike, all are very worth seeing. Luckily, we even encountered snow, and the scenery was so beautiful it made us want to cry! Also, a big praise must be given to the hardest working and best leader of this tour, Unnie! (But we forgot her Korean name, sorry 🥹) Although Unnie is Korean, she also speaks Chinese and English, so she used these two languages to communicate and introduce to everyone throughout the day. She was very attentive and careful throughout the entire process, taking care of and concerning herself with every member of the group. The main point is that Unnie's photography skills are super good. She helped every group member take photos at every attraction, not just taking them casually, but professionally helping everyone frame the shots, find angles, and provide us with photo guidance and emotional value! This is truly the most impressive tour leader I have ever encountered in my tour experience! It's a pity that we only had one day to spend with her. When the shuttle bus arrived and we had to say goodbye to everyone, we were really reluctant to part. I hope that fate will allow us to meet these people again. That day's day trip experience was super great! Highly recommended! It's a pity that the system can only rate five stars, otherwise I would give it a hundred stars 🌟

Strawberry Picking & Eobi Ice Valley & Nami Island & Rail Bike tour was absolutely perfect! 🍓 Our guide Mac was so caring and friendly he explained everything clearly, I learned a lot, and even gained a Korean friend thanks to his warmth. From the sweet breakfast bread with strawberry jam and coffee, to the breathtaking farm views, the Instagram worthy Ice Valley, hanging out with alpacas, and exploring the history of Nami Island (don’t miss the dakgalbi lunch!), every stop was unforgettable. 🚴‍♂️ Ending with the 8km rail bike ride was such a fun challenge, don’t worry, you’ll survive, just remember to dress warm because it’s super cold!

The itinerary was rich and fulfilling. We went to the strawberry farm in the morning to pick strawberries. The strawberries were very sweet and delicious. Afterwards, we went to Ice Valley, Nami Island, and the Garden of Morning Calm. The Garden of Morning Calm is spacious, and the lighting decorations were beautiful. Thank you to our tour guide, Shen Fenghua (Kevin), for arranging a wonderful day trip for us. The timing was well-planned, and the itinerary didn't feel rushed. The trip was relaxing and enjoyable. The day before departure, Kevin sent a WhatsApp message to remind us of the departure time and to be aware of the cold weather. He reminded us that it would be -9 degrees Celsius the next morning and to wear more clothes, hats, and gloves, etc...

We booked the tour at the last minute the day before, and our guide this time was excellent. He was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. We booked three tours this time and were lucky enough to get an extra alpaca cafe where we got to feed the alpacas, which was so cute ^_^. The strawberry picking 🍓 tour also included a box of strawberries 🍓 per person, and there was unlimited toast with strawberry jam, hot tea, and hot coffee available. We were very satisfied with all four tours this time. The weather was great and the sun was shining, and we loved all the photos we took. It's a very recommended tour 👍. Thank you to our beautiful and kind guide, Meishan, for taking us around for a whole day~~ She also shared about the current lifestyle habits of Koreans on the bus~ Most importantly, her photography skills are amazing! She took a lot of great photos for me and my family~~ The strawberries were fresh and delicious! They also provided homemade strawberry jam with toast to eat 👍 Because it wasn't snowing, and they were afraid that the Ice Valley wouldn't be pretty enough, they took us to see the cute alpacas 😍 Nami Island is really beautiful~ It's so relaxing to take a walk! I'm very satisfied with the itinerary~ Next time I have a chance, I want to try the Nami Island zip line!

Our guide Lena is veruly enthusiastic and cheerful! she is always willing to help take pictures of everyone and her explanations are easy to understand. Even if you don't fully get it, you can always ask her later and she will help you! Our tour itself was moved to the next day due to sudden snowfall and we got a free upgrade of Strawberry Picking!! The ice alps was very nice, with lots of beautiful slice sculptures. I think the newest one if the KPop Demon Hunter one 😄. The suspension bridge fan also very beautiful. It is a bit windy but seeing the frozen lake was breathtaking. I also saw some animal footprints on the snow there which was very cute 😍. Lastly the free upgraded strawberry farm was amazing! The place was warm and the strawberries are very red and plump! 🍓 it was probably the sweetest strawberry i have ever eaten 👍! Overall definitely recommend this trip for people coming to korea in winter time!

Our tour guide, CJ, was fantastic! He deserves 10 stars! He introduced Seoul's attractions along the way and even took us to see alpacas as a bonus, which the kids loved. He also helped take group photos at the ice valley. The lunch he arranged was delicious, and my family was completely full. The gift shop next to it was also great for shopping. The afternoon sledding was so much fun, and everyone had a great time.

I had a surreal experience with this tour. Our tour guide Tory was very calm and gave us sufficient time to enjoy all the activities to the fullest and I am very satisfied with the itinerary. The highlight of the tour is strawberry picking. The strawberries are so fresh and delicious. Loved it. Overall they deserve 5 stars.
