The service attitude was very good, located within a guesthouse. Buying vouchers is more cost-effective; buying on-site is a bit more expensive. The downside is that there are only two spa rooms, each accommodating two people. You can't shower properly, only stand in the bathtub, which causes water to spray everywhere. They can also arrange pick-up and drop-off services from other nearby hotels.

Facility: It was a spa located within a new hotel, and the massage room offered an ocean view. Service: The operator was very kind. Both the welcome drink and the post-treatment drink had a rich flavor. Massage Therapist: In addition to the massage itself, the therapist was attentive, asking if the pressure or room temperature was an issue. The only downside was that the spa's location is along a main road that gets congested, making it difficult to reach the spa once traffic starts. Therefore, please allow ample time to arrive at the spa.

The space is comfortable, and you can choose your favorite massage oil. This time I tried the bamboo massage, which was quite comfortable and I almost fell asleep. However, it wasn't as special as I imagined; basically, after the massage, heated bamboo sticks were rolled over my body. (Initially, I thought it would involve tapping with bamboo hammers and boards, similar to northern Thailand.)

The masseuse is very professional and the service is excellent.

We overall enjoyed our experience except unfortunately it was not made clear through the booking that you needed to arrive probably 15 minutes early. We arrived on time, but had not been made aware this was the massage start time, so as a result we did not receive the full 90 minute massage. Definitely recommend arriving early to avoid this issue! The hotel that the spa is in is quite out of the way with nothing else around, and the lift was not working (which was fine for us but not good if you have accessibility requirements). The room was lovely and the therapists were well skilled. You get to select your preferred oil from a good range which was nice.

Pijatnya lumayan. Cukup menenangkan tapi tidak terlalu istimewa. Tempatnya memiliki suasana yang menyenangkan. Namun, seluruh area ini diblokir oleh taksi lokal sehingga taksi online seperti Grab dan Gojek tidak bisa masuk dan menjemput penumpang. Ada perselisihan antara taksi lokal dan taksi online di sini. Sangat sulit dijangkau dan jika Anda membayar taksi lokal, harganya sangat mahal.
