I bought a hot spring room voucher on Klook, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The very old proprietress seemed reluctant to accept it, even saying it was a holiday. The key thing is that the voucher clearly stated no extra charge for holidays. She eventually accepted it, but that was just the beginning of the shock. There were small bugs everywhere in the hot spring room. I thought I'd just clean it up and deal with it. Then the proprietress said we could soak for 90 minutes, but it turned out the hot spring water could only be filled once because there was no filter. I called the owner and asked her to help us refill the water. Soon after, the proprietress said the water could only be changed once. This is the first time I've heard of a hot spring room where the water can only be filled once. They really cut corners, even saving on water.
