The pool water is clean and the environment is not bad. I've visited three times. It's suitable for the whole family to enjoy together. Recommended.

It's a bit far, but luckily there's a shuttle bus during the hot spring season. After getting off, you still have to walk for more than ten minutes. The water quality is acceptable, but there are fewer pools. The SPA doesn't have a hot water pool, so it gets quite cold in winter, and hardly anyone uses it, which is a bit of a shame.

Great hot springs. During the hot spring season, parking can be difficult, otherwise it would be even more perfect.

Children's tickets can be purchased directly on-site. Fennel Love says they do not cooperate with Klook to sell children's tickets, so buying them would require a refund.

There are many medicinal pools to soak in, but the water in the spa area is cold, making it difficult to enjoy the spa in this weather.

It's very spacious inside. There weren't many people on a weekday, and the hot spring bath was very comfortable. There's also a hot spring fish spa where the fish nibble at your feet – it's a very special experience.

Some buttons in the spa pool are damaged, with exposed wiring, and some facilities are not working. There are too many foreign objects in the pool, including many leaves and even plastic drinking cups!
