It was incredibly convenient! I used it for sightseeing between my train from Venice to Rome. Venice hotels are expensive to stay in, so being able to store my luggage and sightsee in Venice was very helpful. This kind of service is truly appreciated.

L'indirizzo scritto su Klook era diverso da quello inviato via email. Non avremmo prenotato se fosse stato così, dato che avremmo avuto bisogno di assistenza per affrontare una serie di scale sul ponte con bagagli che pesavano quasi la metà del nostro peso corporeo. Avevamo prenotato un deposito bagagli anche a Firenze, ma quella volta era corretto.

The Stasher app linked to this activity has a bug with date selection. Please double-check the dates before proceeding, otherwise you might book the luggage storage incorrectly, and it cannot be amended once you arrive. I had to re-book my storage request on the spot.

The description stated there were no size restrictions for luggage, so I purchased this service to store my suitcase. However, the hotel's reservation only covered small hand luggage, and I had to pay an additional fee. I was shown the email sent to the hotel, and it indicated only small luggage from the beginning, so large suitcases were not allowed. There was a luggage storage service available locally for around 5€, so I don't think it's necessary to purchase this service here.

Never choose Klook's luggage storage service. When I arrived at the storage location, they said they hadn't received the order and couldn't accept the QR code. The storage place was also in a remote alley. They asked me to pay again, so I went elsewhere to store my luggage. Klook didn't process my complaint or issue a refund. I've had problems with Klook's tours several times now; they are truly an untrustworthy vendor.

When I took my luggage to the designated location, they said there was no reservation and refused to store it. I managed to pay the local price on the spot to have my luggage stored, but I was not fully refunded for the amount I paid through the app.
