The hotel transfer was fine, but I was confused because the tour content differed from what was agreed upon. First, the shop where we were supposed to rest after visiting the pyramids was closed, so there was no break until lunch. Also, while it's understandable that the Tutankhamun exhibition wasn't at the museum, the guide seemed eager to leave early. We were scheduled to arrive back at the hotel at 3 PM, but we returned at 1 PM. It's a shame, as I would have liked to spend more time viewing the exhibits. Furthermore, the lunch venue was very crowded, as many tour companies seemed to use it. There were three power outages during the meal, and it felt like they decided to turn off the air conditioning and play music instead, as the heat was intense, which made me lose my appetite. Additionally, the tour information stated that cash was required, but only credit cards were accepted at the pyramids and museum, and the camel ride option required payment in US dollars. Although the guide discouraged children from climbing the Giza pyramids, many small children were attempting it, and I regretted not letting my child try. Overall, it was disappointing.
