Concerto de Mozart no Brahms Hall em Viena

An absolutely fantastic musical feast! However, the ticket instructions stated that tickets could be exchanged early at the music association office. For the evening concert, we went to exchange and reserve seats at noon, but when we asked on-site, all staff said tickets could only be exchanged one hour before the show. We're not sure why there was a discrepancy. For those attending, we recommend taking the time to locate your seats beforehand to avoid rushing before the performance. There's a dining area on the second floor; the prices are, of course, not cheap, but if you truly don't have time for dinner, we suggest exchanging your tickets first and then heading to the second floor to grab a bite.

The evening was magical. The conductor, the musicians and the soloists are top notch professionals. The Brahms Hall of Musikverein is magnificent. Our group of six had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

Since there were no Mozart concerts at the Musikverein (Golden Hall) during my visit to Vienna, I booked a performance at the Brahms Hall instead. Although it's not as grand and opulent as the Golden Hall, it's still quite good. However, the package stated that a CD would be included, but the staff didn't give it to us when we exchanged our tickets on the day. I wonder if they forgot after failing to sell us a program? In any case, it's a small regret that we didn't receive the promised CD – a minor imperfection in an otherwise good experience. :p

good show and grand hall

The performance was wonderful. However, the air conditioning in the venue was poor and it was hot. Also, I booked more than six months ago, but my seat had a pillar directly in front of it, blocking half of my view of the performance and singers. My trust in Krück has been lost. I was assigned the worst remaining seat. I recommend booking through other sites. I felt ripped off and thought, 'Is this all there is?' Why did I even come all the way to Vienna?
