A very relaxing and unwinding trip. The food quality exceeded expectations, and the staff were warm and polite. The only slight drawback was that it was quite cloudy today, so the sunset wasn't perfect, but that's just nature's way. I believe playing again in the afternoon would be even better. Highly recommended for Sunset Town. 🥰🥰

Pros: The cruise itself is simply wonderful, with caring and polite staff who asked about our taste preferences and offered food and drinks accordingly. The evening program is also wonderful, with live music playing all evening and a very rich menu. We were served almost 4 or 5 types of dishes. Be prepared to pay an inflated price for drinks. They treat you like a VIP. Cons: Among the free water activities, only snorkeling and swimming are available; other water activities are overpriced. Regarding the transfer, they took a very long time to confirm our pickup location. The conditions stated that a transfer was available from any point in the Duong Dong area, but they asked us to get to the Duong Dong center on our own.

The view was really beautiful and astonishing. In addition, there was live performance while dining. Overall, this was a memorable experience.

A terrible travel company. Firstly, the package included hotel transfers, but when purchasing, transfers for the included areas were not provided. After purchase, the company would contact you via email to confirm your accommodation details. They replied that they would contact me via WhatsApp the day before the activity to arrange the transfer. The day before the activity, I received no notification of the meeting point or time, so I contacted the Klook platform and emailed the company again to inquire. The company replied that due to their car breaking down, there would be no hotel transfer service, and guests would need to take a taxi to the pier themselves! When I asked the company if they could cover the taxi fare, the reply was "no friend"? I contacted the Klook platform, and after an hour of back and forth, Klook finally replied that the boat company would pick us up at a pier near my hotel tomorrow, and we needed to arrive by 12:45. However, the company never contacted me directly. On the morning of the activity, I contacted the Klook platform again, and they replied that they couldn't even reach the company...😳😳 Emails also went unanswered. I was anxious all morning, fearing that no one would pick us up and the whole day's itinerary would be wasted. Finally, at 12:14, a staff member from the company contacted me, but the meeting time was changed to 13:45 😵‍💫😵‍💫. The administrative arrangements were quite chaotic, but Klook said that cancellations required 24 hours' notice, and cancelling now would mean no refund 🙄🙄. After much hassle, we finally got on the speedboat at 14:30, and it took about 15 minutes to reach the "yacht." Water activities on the boat required an additional fee. I only planned to go snorkeling and asked the staff on board where I could snorkel, but no staff member could answer. All staff only paid attention to guests participating in paid activities... I was bored on the boat for over an hour. Drinks on the boat also required an additional fee... Finally, dinner arrived... Don't have any expectations for the so-called seafood meal (a few shrimp called a seafood meal 😳). And all the food was cold (it was cold, not warm). For a boat trip costing $500-$600 per person... I advise everyone to save their money and splurge on land. Conclusion: Don't waste your time and money participating in any activities with this company.

it was just awesome. the service the food and the staff all were amazing. they picked us from the hotel sheraton from north and it was just all perfect.

Watching the sunset from the cruise was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were kind, and the dinner we enjoyed while cruising across the blue sea and watching the evening glow was incredibly moving. I wished I could come back with my family next time.

Overall, the excursion is good, the landscapes are magnificent, the food is decent, a little more fish and seafood would have been even better. The staff is friendly but lacks a bit of professionalism for a 5-star excursion. The organization at the start of the excursion is a bit lacking. We almost took a different boat than ours because we had to wait mixed with another group, and when we saw that group leave, we went with them. At the meeting point, there should be someone who stays with the group to direct them to the right place. The boat is magnificent and very comfortable.
