guide: Kelly from the first booking confirmed she always keep in touch with us n very responsive. When we met at lobby Westin Bund Hotel punctually n she is really good at English. Explain clearly n really attentive to us. All are well prepared even when in the train she brings is some snacks n guide us very well. We are really happy to have this Hangzhou Private Tour with China High Speed Rail. Saving our time n we can go to many places in Hangzhou. The driver who took us to the destinated places also was good and kind.

Good experiencing high speed rail from Shanghai to Hangzhou for myself n my hubby. Our tour guide, 小张, is professional, friendly n knowledgeable. He’s very detailed in explanating the places n its history. Transfers in Hangzhou was well-planned as well. Lunch was great at The Green Tea Restaurant. 小张 ordered its specialties for us. Only setback was not much time allocated at Hefang Street where we just simply stroll past. Overall can go with this day tour.

We had an enjoyable day experiencing the high-speed rail from Shanghai and touring Hangzhou with our guide, Xiao Zhang. The tour was at a comfortable pace, covering key sights in Hangzhou. The lunch at Green Tea Restaurant was really good. Our guide, Xiao Zhang, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Our guide was enthusiastic and gave us a great introduction to Hangzhou and the places we visited. He was also considerate and made an effort for the elderly to enjoy the tour within their mobility capabilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the Green Tea restaurant; every dish was delicious, and arrangements were made in advance so we didn't have to queue. Thank you, Mr. Zhang, for taking care of us, especially the elderly.

The scenery is beautiful and well worth the trip. Lunch at the scenic restaurant was lovely, and the food was delicious. You can buy premium Longjing tea on this tour.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Hangzhou. Our guide Mr Zhang was knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful, providing a lot of info and history of locations we visited. The lunch venue was very picturesque and food was great too but slightly spicy for our children. Overall, a great experience!

Xiao Lin's service was excellent; he adjusted to the tour's pace and took great care of the elderly. The two seniors were very satisfied, and the arranged restaurant served delicious food.

The tour guide was friendly, and the itinerary arrangements were explained and discussed in advance. They were able to elaborate on the historical background and anecdotes of each attraction, ensuring the entire trip was well-managed.
