Excursão Guiada de Dia Inteiro ao Palácio da Pena em Sintra e à Quinta da Regaleira

Camilla is a very nice and helpful tour guide. We didn’t buy the entrance ticket for Quinta Regeira and Pena Palace, she is very nice to advice us to purchase the Pena Palace park exterior ticket to visit the Pena Palace. Thanks to her and we were grateful that we bought the park ticket and didn’t miss the wonderful view of Pena Palace. We also didn’t buy the lunch and she is nice to recommend us the restaurants. She takes a good care of us and other guests. Not to forget the driver ( sorry for forgetting his name) also awesome. Both Camilla and the driver did a good job! Definitely worth 5 stars.

Everything went well. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the Regalia due to delays. Paulo our guide was great, he was very apologetic about being unable to visit the Regalia. It was not his fault as there were slight inconvenience and delays. Though I had wish I got what I paid for. Either way, ever other aspect of the tour was great. Paulo's knowledge of everything was amazing.

the experience fell significantly below our expectations: Late and Unorganized Start with no clear communication or coordination, causing confusion and delay from the very beginning. Shattered Windshield and Unsafe Transport. Uncomfortable and Inappropriate Vehicle Swap: the new van was far too small to fit 9 people comfortably. It also had no working air conditioning, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. Unprofessional Behavior: The driver never assisted with opening or closing the van doors. Unsafe Drop-Off, the driver had us park and walk approximately 10 minutes uphill along a narrow, unsafe road used by vehicles and dangerous. Lack of Guidance During Sightseeing and late Return which cause delayed of our plan. Overall, we are extremely disappointed.

The tour guide, Adreia, is amazing! She provides lots of detailed information and history. She is also quite humorous, making the whole trip very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Our guide Hugo is a friendly and informative person. We were able to visit Quinta da Regaleira at a good pace. Unfortunately, our group was unable to visit Pena Palace due to a road block caused by unpredictable weather the day before our visit. In exchange, we visited the National Palace of Sintra.

It was a very enjoyable day thanks to the passionate guidance and explanations from our guide, Myriam. Although I booked a tour that didn't include Cabo da Roca, we visited it together. I was able to travel comfortably because I booked a tour that included tickets for Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace. While it's difficult to have a leisurely viewing experience on a guided tour, it was great to be able to visit all the essential places. Myriam's excellent singing skills doubled the joy of the trip. Paulo foi o guia do nosso passeio e forneceu informações muito detalhadas sobre o castelo e os locais visitados, tanto em inglês quanto em espanhol. Muito simpático e deu uma ótima recomendação para o nosso almoço em Sintra!

João foi um guia simpático e agradável. Gostamos de passear pelos terrenos de ambos os locais. Dois em um dia foi um bom ritmo. Gostamos especialmente dos túneis e escadas.

The guide takes care of everyone. However, no tour guide is allowed inside the buildings and Palace because there would be traffic jam if every guide is staying inside and explain. Nevertheless, I like the tour. The guide is friendly and the arrangement is good.
