Crispy Taro Duck The soft taro paste paired with duck meat is quite distinctive, but the duck meat underneath is really tough, with coarse fibers that get stuck in your teeth. Dried Shrimp and Moso Bamboo Shoots The moso bamboo shoots are incredibly tender, and although the seasoning is rather homely (light), it makes you want to keep eating bite after bite.

If there are no seats available, you can also get a bento box to go. The staff are very polite, making it suitable for a day trip to Dakeng trails or Xinshe Mushroom Farm.

I took the food to go; it wasn't greasy, and there was a good variety of dishes. It was quite delicious.
