The overall experience was satisfactory. Because I purchased the package on Klook on the same day, the confirmation took longer. I emailed Klook support to inquire, but they only replied the next day. At that time, I wanted to cancel but couldn't. Eventually, it was confirmed, and I was satisfied with the overall hotel service. However, Klook's service could use some improvement. Service: Front desk, dining, and massage services were satisfactory. Breakfast: Many varieties. Hotel location: Close to the border crossing, convenient.

This time, my family and I had a wonderful 2-day leisure stay at the hotel. We were very happy, and the staff arranged a high-floor room for us. The breakfast buffet was also very rich, and the room was clean. We will definitely visit again!

酒店位置方便，鄰近深圳灣口岸，交通十分便利。房間整潔舒適，空間足夠，住起來安靜放鬆。早餐選擇尚算不錯，味道也可以。整體服務態度友善，入住及退房流程順暢。今次住宿體驗滿意，適合短途過境或週末休閒入住。

地點一流，有泳池，早餐好味道

訂了雙人房連早餐的套票，這是第一次入住，櫃檯哥哥安排了高層房間，早餐非常豐富，也可以延遲退房。但忘記拍照，不好意思。

This hotel has been open for a long time, but it's still very well-maintained, perhaps because it's a foreign-invested hotel. The breakfast offers a great variety and is very well-prepared. The value for money is excellent, making it well worth a stay.

Besides the wide variety and excellent taste of the breakfast, the room facilities and decor are a bit old. However, the bed is comfortable, and the hygiene is clean.

Checkin staff friendly, hotel and room environment fine. Breakfast arrangements need improvements. Long waiting queue, seat allocation confusing. Staff did best to cope but more hands sorely needed. Congee station long long queue and orders mixed up. Food variety below a 5-star hotel standard and not appealing. Quite disappointing.
