I booked a 2-hour guided tour of Pompeii at 10:30 AM on October 5th. Upon arriving at the station at 8:00 AM, I was informed by the ticket agent that all trains to Pompeii were canceled due to a strike. I immediately messaged Klook customer service to ask if I could cancel the tour and receive a refund due to the strike, but Klook only replied that refunds and cancellations were not possible. To make it to the tour on time, I ended up taking a taxi. I also asked customer service if they could provide contact information for the tour guide or the travel agency, or if the agency would have any identifying signs. Klook only replied that the person in charge would be waiting at the meeting point on time. When I arrived at the meeting point, there were multiple tour groups, making it impossible to identify mine. Ultimately, I was unable to join the tour. Travelers book tours on travel platforms for convenience and to have a point of contact when issues arise. The customer service representative showed no willingness to resolve the problem throughout the process, only stating that a refund was not possible, which was a very disappointing experience! I offer the above experience for the reference of potential buyers.

We waited 20 minutes before departing, the tour guide had a very strong accent, and after visiting a few small spots, the tour disbanded. We also weren't given tickets, which meant we couldn't listen to the official app's audio guide. I highly recommend against wasting your time on this.
