I highly recommend purchasing treatments on KLOOK beforehand, as the free gifts make it feel even more affordable! However, the service attitude of one rather large lady at the THANN counter was very poor. I showed her the KLOOK QR code for my reservation, but she completely ignored it and kept asking, "What's your name? What's your name?" I reluctantly told her, then sat down to wait for her to arrange things. There were four of us, booked under two separate KLOOK orders. After a while, the female staff member came over again and insisted we had only booked for three people. In the end, she still needed the KLOOK QR code for confirmation. This process took about 15 minutes, but the masseuses did not compensate us for the lost time, which was disappointing. The coconut given after the massage was very refreshing and delicious.

The Thann Sanctuary Spa at Gaysorn is a true oasis of tranquility. The Signature Massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. My therapist was highly skilled and intuitively knew just the right pressure points. The heated massage bed added an extra layer of comfort. A truly pampering experience from start to finish.

My friend, who grew up in Thailand, recommended this place, so my husband and I visited. The result was complete satisfaction, to the point where we decided it's a must-do for all future trips to Thailand. The treatments are in separate rooms, and it's manageable even if you don't speak English. The treatment itself was truly relaxing and blissful! They provide the full booked time for the treatment, separate from the consultation, preparation, and the tea and fruit time afterward, so I recommend not scheduling your next appointment too tightly. It might have been because it was a weekday 11:00 AM start, but for a 90-minute course, we stayed for about 135 minutes. Taking a shower before the treatment is different from Japan. They recommended it for effective moisture and hydration. As a result, my skin is incredibly soft. I found out that THANN also exists in Japan, but there's a price difference of over 10,000 yen. We received a discount by booking through Klook, and as a service, they gave us a full-sized 1200 baht sunscreen (retail price) each, making both the treatment and the cost-performance extremely satisfying!

It's really great! The service attitude is excellent, and the massage was very comfortable. The environment is lovely, and there are many products available for purchase. I especially love the scent of their essential oils.

Only one sunscreen is given for a couples massage, and only single rooms can be arranged. However, the essential oils were very comfortable and the therapist's technique was excellent. It was a 10/10 worthwhile experience.

Inside the shopping mall, the atmosphere is great! You'll first fill out a questionnaire and choose your preferred essential oil. The massage room has a shower, but no restroom. The massage strength is excellent. After the massage, in addition to delicious coconut water, you can also browse and purchase products. The masseuses and staff are all very kind, attentive, and provide excellent service!

This is definitely the most enjoyable spa experience I've purchased through Klook (in Bangkok). The spa smelled wonderful, the process was straightforward, and my massage was excellent. I highly recommend it and will certainly return.

The location was easy to find, on the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village next to the InterContinental Bangkok, using the InterContinental Bangkok as a landmark. The reception staff were smiling and kind. The therapist massaged deeply along the lymphatic lines. The touch was gentle, thorough, and hit all the right spots. I usually prefer stronger massages, but this was just the right balance and felt wonderful. I was surprised by how refreshed my face looked and how light my body felt afterwards. My husband and I both had the 90-minute signature course, and he was also very satisfied. Both the atmosphere and the treatment were excellent. Next time, I'd like to extend the time as much as possible and use this place again.
