120mins are divided into 60mins spa, 30mins scrub n 30mins bath. ot was a decent experience but not one of the best. place is neat and clean and part of a 5star

Great experience pampering myself and the place was really beautiful.

There were two beds, but they accepted a reservation for three people, so one person had to wait 90 minutes to be accommodated. It was wrong to unconditionally accept the reservation without any notice that it's not possible for three or more people at the same time. Please correct this.

I had a terrible experience because I booked for 8 AM on the application but then they messaged and told me they can't accommodate the request and to reschedule it and they asked me to cancel it and I couldn't because the app was not allowing me. Then I had to get in touch with the Klook customer service. I had to do all of this during my trip because the spa people couldn't be bothered to update their own time on the app. Completely disappointed.
