My husband and I had a great experience at Studio KJD in Seoul! We booked through Klook, and everything was smooth from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and kind, the service was fast and efficient, and we absolutely loved the hanbok we wore. Highly recommend!

The hanbok here is so beautiful! For the price we paid at Klook, everything is included. Hair accessories like flowers, pearl ornaments & Daenggi ribbon have no extra charges. Traditional shoes, bag & Norigae accessories are also included. We only had to pay an extra 10,000 KRW for the organza skirt layer, which looks beautiful but is optional. I love the traditional layered inner skirt which makes the hanbok look nicely puffy instead of the can-can type. There are lockers for us to put our clothing & stuff. The staff is friendly & speaks fluent English. Overall, the whole process took about 1 hour because we took some time choosing the beautiful bag & Norigae.

Studio KJD rental shop provided excellent service. The staff were very accommodating and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

A small Hanbok experience store, but the clothes are of super good quality👍. When you walk on the street and see what others are wearing, then look at what you're wearing, you can't help but smile with satisfaction😊

Studio KJD offers high-quality hanboks using seokchima instead of wires, giving a more authentic and premium look. The staff are friendly, speak good English, and are helpful with styling and color choices, with a quick and efficient dressing process (about 25 minutes). However, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the palace (which can be cold in March), sizing options may be limited for certain designs, and the shop is quite small so going earlier is recommended for more choices and space.

I researched many hanbok experience shops online and immediately booked this one after seeing its reviews. Although the price is higher than typical hanbok experience stores, I think it's absolutely worth it. It's a 4-hour experience, and they are meticulous from the clothing to the hair. Just tell the staff what colors you like, and they will carefully help you choose the most suitable ones. They will also meticulously help you put on each layer of the hanbok. Many local Koreans also come here for the experience. Even more, many Korean newlyweds specifically come here to choose traditional Korean attire for their wedding photoshoots or weddings. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to experience traditional Korean clothing; you definitely won't regret it!

It was a wonderful experience at a place I'd always wanted to visit! Inside, it wasn't a wire pannier, but a traditional 'sokchima' that created a natural fullness! I was also happy that they let me wear the 'binyeo' (hairpin) I brought from Japan! I'd love to use their services again!

The studio is very easy to find. It's near Gyeongbokgung and within Bukchon Hanok village so you can explore the village after going to the palace. There are a lot of selection of Hanbok colors and the staff speak English so it's easy to communicate. I rented during Autumn and it was very cold but they didn't offer a jacket or something tho so bring one incase it's too cold to walk in just Hanbok
