The advantage of buying tickets through Klook is that it might be cheaper than buying directly from the official website. However, the downside is that you can't choose your own seats, which carries some risk. Even if you tell customer service you want to pay extra to upgrade your seats, it's not possible. Fortunately, this musical experience was excellent!

Fuss free process from booking tickets to entering the theatre. Apparently there is no need to exchange for physical tickets, klook voucher is sufficient to enter the venue. Fantastic show, amazing casts.

I went an hour and a half early to exchange my voucher, but it seemed unnecessary as the QR code itself served as the ticket. I purchased a general admission seat in the stalls on the first floor, and I was grateful to have a very clear view from the 6th row on the side. The air conditioning was very strong during the performance, and I felt chilly even with a long-sleeved shirt, so I thought it would be even better to have a jacket. For food and drinks, you can either use the QR code in front of your seat for service directly to your seat, or go to the counter to purchase. The restrooms were clean, and the lighting and sound were excellent, making for a wonderful theater experience.

I went to see the musical Wicked, which has long been loved in London's West End and New York's Broadway. I booked through Klook and entered directly with a QR code. The musical's content is a prequel to The Wizard of Oz, telling the story of the friendship between the Wicked Witch of the West and the Wicked Witch of the East. The actors' performances and singing were truly excellent.

It was so amazing, was definitely one of the best things to do in London! would recommend me this activity if you’re travelling to London or if you are living in UK, and look for stuff to do.

This time, the seats were a bit off to the side, but the entire stage was still clearly visible. The stage effects and music were excellent, and you could even clearly see the performers' expressions.
