I highly recommend watching an opera at least once when you visit London! I personally love "Les Misérables" and have seen the movie version several times, so I was thrilled to finally have the chance to experience the musical live. The actors were incredibly professional and their performances were superb; there were several intermissions where the audience gave a standing ovation. The show lasted about three hours, with a 20-30 minute intermission in the middle, during which you could use the restroom or go to the bar level for a drink, and there was free water available. The opera house environment was elegant and comfortable, with separate male and female restrooms on each floor. Initially, I was worried about long queues for the restrooms at such venues, but it turned out there were hardly any queues, and they were very clean. If you enjoy opera, you might consider booking slightly more expensive seats for better comfort and a superior viewing angle.

This classic play is truly spectacular and lives up to its reputation. Booking tickets through Klook is very convenient; you can do it all with one click. Just select the date and your desired seating area, and then scan the QR code in the app directly upon entry. However, you cannot choose your own seats. I bought tickets for the ground floor, hoping for a clear view, but my seats were in the back half, and the upper part of the stage was almost entirely obstructed by the base of the second-floor seating area. It would have been better to buy seats upstairs. Later, I checked the Les Misérables official website and found that buying tickets through the official website is not more expensive, and you can choose your own seats. If you don't mind using an English website, you can actually just book tickets directly on the official website.

This was my first time seeing the famous musical Les Misérables live at the Sondheim Theatre (formerly the Queen's Theatre) in London. The live experience was incredibly impactful, though it was a pity my seat was a bit far back and slightly obstructed by the people in front. It was a wonderful life experience, and the opera staff were very friendly, even showing me where the restrooms were. The environment was also very comfortable.

Overall a good experience with the show. first time and definitely worth the price paid for. cheaper to book in klook. Only downside is unable to select seats. Highly recommended.

とても貴重な体験ができました！公演当日にチケットを買いましたが、すぐにメールとQRチケットが届き安心して劇場に向かうことができました。席は3階AA列の席で少し見にくい位置でしたが、その分チケット代も(おそらく)通常より安かったため満足しています！また来る時はKlookを利用させていただきます！

The seats are acceptable; if someone tall sits in front, the view might be slightly obstructed, but the price is reasonable.

日本のレミゼとは違って観客が最初からノリノリ！開幕いきなり「ブラボー」と叫ぶ人もいてテンションがかなり高めでした。3階席でしたが会場自体が小さめなので舞台はさほど遠くなく熱量が伝わりやすい良い会場でした。連日公演が行われているのでリピーターさんも多いのでしょう。楽しみ方をよく知っているような親近感のある劇場でした。演者も皆さん素晴らしい声量と歌唱力でとても見応えがありました。本場の劇場で観劇出来てとても良い思い出になりました。

A very nice musical to watch. Must do activity when in London. Ticket redemption was very easy, just show the barcode.

This is the first to see opera in London. It is an invaluable experience.
