Experiência de Snorkeling em Silfra

This experience was absolutely worth it🤩although it was a bit cold (going mid winter), the drysuit really does keep you warm (especially with the offered hot chocolates at the end), the staff were funny and friendly, as well as, making sure you’re comfortable during the snorkelling. you can see sooo much, the water is super clear, and the area in general is stunning. highly recommend😍

Equipment: The drying facilities are excellent, so you won't be wet after snorkeling. Instructor: The instructor was very funny and kind, and helped us take many photos.

Coach Aron is very kind, explains clearly, ensures everyone keeps up with the team, and also takes photos with a GoPro, creating many wonderful memories~~~

Incredibly unique experience while visiting Iceland! The water is extremely clear and it is really cool to know you are snorkeling between the two tectonic plates. There are no fish to see, but the rock formations are beautiful. The drysuit is a bit cumbersome to put on and swim with, but it keeps you dry and warm during the experience. The included photos the guide takes are a great souvenir from the experience. I highly recommend booking this experience.

The coach was friendly and communicated well in English. They took great care of everyone throughout the trip. Overall, it was a good experience, but the lake water was really cold. Since it's a dry suit, you can wear your own clothes underneath.

It is amazing and fun. The scenery is so beautiful and the sea is clear. The coach is so nice and kind that he teaches us with patience.

Our guide Dori was very professional. It was a very fun snorkeling experience in Iceland. Next time, I'll consider challenging scuba diving, which feels even cooler.

For city transfers, I had to email to inquire and was asked to wait at the bus stop at 7:30 AM, but the pickup didn't arrive until 8:00 AM. Waiting for over 30 minutes in a perceived -13°C was infuriating! Snorkeling in the Silfra Fissure at 0-2°C, the dry suit kept me dry, warm, and buoyant, but my hands and face still had to endure an unforgettable chill. As soon as I got out of the water, I was shivering from the cold, and my hands were so frozen they lost all sensation! It was a very unique experience, but there wasn't much to see underwater!

A fantastic experience! After booking on Klook, we followed the instructions in the email to meet at the site. I also recommend that participants bring an extra set of clothes to change into, as water can still seep into the dry suit.
