This was a very beautiful and worthwhile tour of Noboribetsu and the Lake Toya area, with ample time to adequately explore all of the areas with stunning and awe-inspiring views. Our tour guide, Helen, was also excellent and went above and beyond by sharing her knowledge and experiences with us all while making sure that we were adequately taken care of throughout the entire trip. Overall, would highly recommend this tour as a must-see for any trip to Hokkaido.

The guide, Saeko-san, and the driver, Abiko-san, were really nice. The itinerary was very packed, and we didn't have enough time for lunch or sightseeing at Lake Toya. But overall, it was a great tour, and the experience was superb.

A knowledgeable and hospitable guide who did her very best to make all guests as comfortable as possible despite her being new in the job. The itinerary is meaningfully packed.

This was a great experience. The time for the entire trip was arranged just right, allowing us to fully appreciate the local scenery. The explanations of the tour guide, Helen, were interesting and wonderful, and the driver was also very professional.

Lake Toya was very enjoyable. It felt very peaceful there. The tour guide could perhaps improve a bit, for example, by taking our contact numbers and stating the pick-up point more clearly. For Lake Toya, the drop-off and pick-up points are different. Two of our group members didn't know the pick-up point and waited at the drop-off point. We had to wait for them for another 80 minutes, which was quite a waste of our time and also limited the time we had at our next stop.

We had an amazing time with our guide, Seiko, who is not only super experienced but also a proud local from Hokkaido! She did a fantastic job managing our busy itinerary, making it perfect for our two kids, aged 6 and 10. Since it was our first visit to Hokkaido, we found ourselves really captivated by all the sights, spending extra time taking pictures and soaking it all in. We did run a bit late—almost an hour past our scheduled time—but we were totally happy with how everything turned out! Just a little tip: these spots can get pretty busy with tourists, so it’s a good idea to prioritize and plan ahead for what you want to see, eat, and enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful adventure!

Seiko-san was very friendly and considerate, even sharing a lot of Hokkaido's history with our group. The lunch timing at Lake Toya could be extended, as foreigners typically take longer to view menus and place food orders in Japan. For our family group, the eatery took time to prepare, and we missed the time to gather at our bus. Another group of 5 on our bus was also late, as we were in the same eatery with full orders. Hell Valley, Lake Toya, the bear ranch, and the ropeway were all beautiful and interesting.
