The company did not provide the services described. 1 - The boat was not private; it was a standard two-story tourist boat. When we arrived, the top floor was already occupied, and we were seated on the lower deck. 2 - I couldn't enjoy breakfast because the food was terrible. There were two strange sandwiches with stale bread. They didn't even provide water. 3 - The only positive was that we saw whales and dolphins. 4 - After whale watching, fishing was indicated on the voucher. However, when we returned to the car, the driver asked us where we wanted to go, as fishing was not on his route. After much inquiry, we were simply taken to a spot where local fishermen sit and catch fish with rods. They even asked for money to take photos. 5 - Afterwards, we went for lunch. The driver also stopped at several places along the way, making it feel like he didn't know where to take us. 6 - Lunch consisted of rice and traditional vegetables. Since we hadn't had a proper breakfast and were hungry, this was welcome. They also offered us fish, but it turned out we had to pay for it ourselves. The food was tasty. 7 - Later, we asked to be taken to Galle Fort. We had a nice walk there; it's a great place. However, no one provided us with a tour guide, which was also indicated on the voucher. We were alone the entire time, and the driver simply took us to our destinations. It wasn't like a private tour at all; it felt more like we had rented a car with a driver who just drove us around the island. The organization was terrible.

We managed to see whales, and sandwiches and Milo drinks were provided on the boat. The trip ended around 10-11 am, and the driver took us fishing at Polwathumodara Fishing Spot. He helped us set up, and we caught a few fish. Lunch was at 12:30 pm but wasn't very filling. The lady coordinator was responsible and asked if we wanted to go to Jungle Beach. It's good for some photos, but the climb is difficult. After that, we chose to forgo Galle Fort and return to the hotel since it was near our hotel. Overall, it was worth the money, but lunch could be better. The driver/guide seemed to be in a rush (but we were okay with that since we also wanted to go back to the hotel). The lady coordinator is responsive.
