I really enjoyed the tour with Ms Shashika and her husband. They helped me to understand the local history and every other detail information. The turtle hatchery and Hikkaduwa Beach was really awesome. Galle city is beautiful. Lunch was also very good. Thanks a lot to Klook. I really appreciate and recommend others too this activity. Finally want to mention,I enjoyed very much the Madu river boat ride also. Thanks.

It’s a pity that the driver and guide picked us up late almost 1 hour from 5:45am. Could have used the time to sleep more. As a result, we skipped the first beach and the first temple on the itinerary. However the trip was quite smooth and the journey was pleasant. We tried local lunch and local breakfast which were things that we liked most to do during vacations. Boat ride is nice too even when it’s a challenge for me to climb up and down on it since I slipped my leg just prior to that. Could have been nicer if we can find more souvenirs to purchase from. We reached Colombo earlier than scheduled as we didn’t do snorkeling at the beach. It’s a fun trip. Recommend to those who don’t know what to do in Colombo and want to Venture out of town.

Our very kind guide picked us up on time, and we had a wonderful day! However, it seemed the company hadn't informed the guide about the tour's contents, so they didn't know what was included. We explained what was covered in the tour fee, and the guide contacted the company, allowing us to proceed with the tour as planned. They also stopped for restroom breaks at our requested locations, which made the experience even more enjoyable!!

VTV816256 BOCKING DATE: 2024-07-14 - ADULTS AMOUT $357.80 Dear Travel Coordinator, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Galle and surrounding areas day tour from Colombo that I booked through Klook. The tour was very poorly handled by the local coordinator, Miss Shashike. The primary issues I encountered were: The driver provided did not speak English well, and was not a professional guide. He did not even know who he was supposed to pick up from the hotel, and had no information about our booking. Although breakfast and lunch were included, the driver took us to a local restaurant for breakfast and allowed us to select our own food. However, when it was time for lunch, the planned restaurant was closed. The driver then simply gave each of us 1000 LKR to go eat on our own. This was a very unsatisfactory experience, as I expected a coordinated tour with an English-speaking guide who would provide commentary and bring us to pre-arranged dining locations. Instead, we were left to fend for ourselves for meals.Please specify the amount is provided for the local meal for breakfast and lunch I would like to request that Klook reconsider the inclusion of breakfast and lunch in your tour packages. It would be better to allow tourists to choose their own dining locations, rather than forcing us to accept subpar meal arrangements. I hope you will take this feedback to heart and improve the quality and coordination of your local tours in Sri Lanka going forward. Reliable transportation, knowledgeable guides, and proper meal planning are essential for providing a positive experience for your customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The package says you’ll get an English speaking driver/ guide. The driver did not speak English and could barely understand what I was saying. He was also new to this area and he was more busy taking selfies of himself and did not know many of the stops on this trip. For the price that I paid it was definitely not worth it. You can hire a cab and pay for the tickets yourself from Colombo. The only good part of this trip was that it was all inclusive so I didn’t have to pay any cash. But I would suggest taking a one way can to Galle and stay for a night.

Enttäuscht von der Tour. Der Reiseleiter ist ein verkleideter Fahrer. Er stellt die Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht vor, sondern fährt uns, setzt uns ab und wartet im Auto. Auf der langen Fahrt telefoniert er die meiste Zeit. Das angebotene Frühstück und Mittagessen sind erbärmlich, dasselbe Café für beide Mahlzeiten. Ich würde es vorziehen, wenn Sie es nicht einschließen.

I really enjoyed my tour with Ms. Shashika and her husband. They provided insightful historical information when visiting Galle Fort and treated me to a local and authentic buffet lunch featuring Sri Lankan dishes, even encouraging me to use my hands rather than cutlery to eat. Would highly recommend for a first-time visitor to Sri Lanka!
