So far, I've had a good experience. There's just one thing that frustrated me. I had already registered and paid early in the morning for hiking at Bohey Dulang, and suddenly when I arrived there, my name and ticket were not included. In the end, I had to wait 1 to 1.5 hours for the agents to sort it out. Luckily, I was able to hike that day. Next time, I need to double-check and make sure all the trip details are correct.

If I didn't have to give stars to leave a review, I wouldn't even give one! The shop cooperating with this tour is Yong Sheng Dive Center. First, the scheduled check-in time was 8:30 AM. After we arrived on time, the shop charged us 70 RM per person for the mountain guide fee, and then made us stand by and wait until 10 AM to depart. Less than 10 minutes after departing, the boat immediately had problems, so we had to switch to another one. After arriving at the first stop, Tun Sakaran Marine Park, it was already close to 11:30 AM. The guide directly said that we couldn't hike today (without giving a specific reason), and the itinerary also stated that if hiking was not possible on the day, it would be changed to snorkeling near the pier. However, the guide immediately took us to the next island for lunch without a word??? No hiking and no snorkeling??? It's clear they were just stalling for time all morning to deceive consumers! Then, in the afternoon, the boat broke down again and drifted at sea for nearly twenty minutes. In the end, another boat had to tow us back to shore. After the tour ended, I went back to the dive shop to ask if I could get a refund for the mountain guide fee they charged us in the morning. The shop directly shirked responsibility, telling us to contact Klook customer service ourselves, saying they were just a cooperating shop and couldn't process refunds. The whole logic is very strange. This Semporna trip was completely ruined by this package tour from this shop. It's terrible! They love to waste time and deceive consumers, and not a single boat in the entire shop is normal. If you particularly enjoy stepping on landmines, you can book this one 😌

The waiting time was very long. The itinerary stated 8:00 AM, but we actually checked in at 8:45 AM, and departure was already after 9:30 AM. The two snorkeling spots were very poor, with almost no scenery. We saw a sea turtle at the first snorkeling spot, which was a bonus. We couldn't see much else.
