The diving equipment was quite dirty and old, and kept leaking. The snorkeling water was too murky to see anything clearly. All other activities were good.

The information provided is inaccurate. We waited because we did not receive proper contact for hotel pickup, did not receive the beach towels that were supposed to be provided, and the life jackets and goggles were old and insufficient in quantity.

I think it's unreasonable that there's absolutely no way to cancel a reservation after making a mistake. It's not good that there's no response even when the service itself cannot be used. I will not use Klook in the future. Worst experience ever.

The location for snorkeling and kayaking was average. The pick up from hotel was hassle free. it was not so much a tour, more like a pick up and transfer service as there is not much explanation of what's going on. Overall a relaxing day.

The English-speaking tour guide was excellent, truly exceptional. We were merged with another Chinese tour group. The cost-performance ratio was very low. The itinerary involved being dropped off in the middle of the sea for 45 minutes of snorkeling, followed by sunbathing and lunch on a leisurely island. A waterproof bag was not provided. Towels also had to be requested. Finally, remember to tip 20B.
