I would so recommend anyone wanting a private trip to book with this company. Honestly they were very accommodating even through major changes! They answer all your enquires fast and are attentive making you feel super comfortable. We had a lovely trip! And had so much fun! We actually tried both the new born and sony lee, I would definitely recommend for a smoother ride with the bali waves to add a bit and go with sony lee its a smoother ride the boat is better with tackling the waves. If you want a hassle free enjoyable accommodating trip I defiantly would recommend this booking

This was an amazing experience. We got to fish in the open ocean and we actually caught a few very interesting looking fish. We even saw dolphins! Snorkelling was fantastic and the guides made sure we knew how to use the equipment and stayed safe. The waves are pretty strong so be aware if you normally suffer motion sickness. Also, there are showers at the end by the pier for rinsing off.

The captain and the two crew members on board were incredibly thoughtful and did their best to take care of us. The waves were very rough that day, but the captain handled the boat with great skill and always put safety first. The two crew members were excellent at fishing — thanks to them, we had a delicious addition to our lunch. The snorkeling spots they took us to were stunning, like a giant, crystal-clear aquarium.

All the staff were kind, and the snorkeling course was great. I highly recommend it. It was a pleasant trip.

The entire experience could have been very different as per the expectations but this was a big disappointment. The safety precautions, customer experience and fulfillment of commitments, were all a compromise. The entire crew was smoking on the yacht with no focus on the needs of the customers. We feel cheated. The snorkeling was just a mere 10 minutes and with broken equipment. We regret using this operator and request everyone to avoid using this tour.

I recently booked a private boat rental for a trip to Nusa Penida, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and felt like a complete scam. We paid a significant amount for a full package that was supposed to include snorkeling at four different spots, which was the main reason we chose this tour. However, from the start, things were poorly organized. The captain insisted we go to the island first before doing any snorkeling, even though we were told the day would be flexible and customized. When we returned from the island, he kept saying there was no time left and rushed us into a single snorkeling session that lasted barely 20 minutes — far from what we were promised. The crew seemed to intentionally cut the trip short, likely to save time or fuel, and failed to coordinate with the island driver. Poor communication and lack of organization turned a highly anticipated experience into a frustrating waste of time and money.

The 10% discount voucher for first-time bookings does not seem to be working correctly.

I was so dizzy, but snorkeling was fun. The island itself was a bit boring.
