Igreja de Sant'Ana, Viena: Ingresso para Concerto Clássico

When in Vienna, attending a concert is a must. So, I chose the Klook "Classical Concert at St. Anne's Church in Vienna." The church is tucked away in a medieval alley, just off the bustling shopping street. Listening to a concert there was truly an astonishing and memorable experience.

Lovely evening. Voucher was easy to redeem just by showing it to the front desk. Concert was intimate. Venue is open 45min prior to schedule, I recommend you to come early to have a look at the church (cus it's so pretty) and secure a good spot. Great great night.

Great concert! The church was small but looked majestic. There were a total of 5 violinists and they played pieces by influential composers such as Mozart & Schubert. The concert lasted more than an hour and the 5 gentlemen even returned for an encore.

L'expérience a duré environ 70 minutes (comme indiqué sur Klook) et s'est déroulée dans une magnifique église. Il y avait quatre musiciens aux instruments à cordes, tous incroyablement doués et jouant magnifiquement. Le jour où ma mère et moi y avons assisté, ils ont principalement joué du Mozart (Le Printemps) et du Beethoven. Leurs instruments datent également des années 1700, d'après ce qu'ils nous ont dit, ce qui est une touche sympa. Le cadeau d'anniversaire parfait ! Je le recommanderais et le réserverais à nouveau à 100 %.

Since the seats are unreserved, if you want a good seat, you have to go early. Even though the price is the same, if you arrive about 20 minutes late, you'll end up in the very back, and combined with the fact that there will be many people around you who aren't very motivated for classical music, the environment becomes unpleasant. In my case, a group of 5 or 6 French (?) middle and high school students sat next to me, chattering loudly and playing on their phones, which was quite annoying. I'd like to demand a refund for the concert ticket. By the way, the Musikverein is nearby, so you can take photos there and then listen to music here, making it seem as if you went to a concert at the Musikverein, saving about 15,000 yen. Also, the chairs are hard. There are cushions, but they are all connected, so if the person next to you shifts their bottom forward, your cushion moves too. They do something like an MC during the performance, but the acoustics are so reverberant that I couldn't understand the English. The performers' skill level was decent. This is recommended for people who want to experience classical music in Vienna but aren't super serious about it. The church had a very nice view.

No need to exchange anything upon arrival; just present the voucher and you can use it. You can enter 45 minutes before the performance, so I recommend arriving early to secure a good seat. We sat in the front row. The church itself is beautiful, and arriving early also allows time for photos. This time it was a violin quartet: two violins, one viola, and one cello. They performed three songs, not the most famous classical pieces, but still very pleasant to listen to. There was also an encore at the end. Overall, it was a wonderful listening experience and a very good experience. A gentle reminder that no video recording or photography is allowed during the performance.

Although it's scheduled that you can enter 45 minutes before the show, perhaps because I went in winter, the staff allowed everyone to enter an hour before the start. You can choose any seat; if you want to quietly enjoy the music, I recommend the chairs along the aisles. If you want to take some photos during the concert, I suggest choosing seats at the front or in the middle. The decorations inside the church and the music complement each other perfectly, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

Three violins, one cello! The venue's acoustics are excellent! First come, first served for seating! Everyone is very orderly! However, if you're not used to church pews, it's recommended to sit on the chairs nearby.
