It's very convenient to have a dedicated car service for hotel transfers during the trip. Our guide, Leidse, was incredibly thoughtful, remembering everyone's name and country. He was humorous and engaging throughout, guiding conversations to help us understand the local culture, and also asking about cultural differences to discuss. We could ask him any questions about Amsterdam or the Netherlands, and he even shared some Dutch snacks with us during the journey. The itinerary wasn't rushed; we had free time in Giethoorn and Zaanse Schans to walk around, take photos, shop, and eat. We also got off the car at the Afsluitdijk to walk around, take photos, and admire the magnificent scenery. This trip offers great value for money; with a dedicated car service, you don't have to worry about transferring or getting lost. The VAN was very spacious and comfortable, and the guide's professional explanations made it highly recommended.

He anticipated the busy weekend and drove us to Giethoorn early in the morning to avoid the terrible boat traffic at noon. He took special care of our entire group, so everyone loved the trip. This day trip is definitely one of our most cherished memories.

We booked the tour just one day before departure, and communication was very smooth. Before payment, you can choose between a Chinese or English-speaking guide. Contact person, customer service Kun: After payment, he will contact and confirm via i-message. He replies even late at night, which is very professional. I recommend everyone to check if their hotel is within the A10 highway circle (not just next to the highway); otherwise, you will need to go to the Central Station meeting point to board the bus. Driver and guide: Su Rui (Guide Su). He also contacted us the day before departure. On the day of departure, Guide Su was very punctual, even arriving earlier than expected. He provided explanations along the way and shared his life experiences in the Netherlands with us. When it rained, he proactively helped us with umbrellas and took us to free restrooms. Attractions: Perhaps due to the rain, the windmills were not as beautiful as imagined, but Giethoorn and the 1-hour boat tour are very worthwhile places to visit, as it's very far to go by yourself.

Throughout the journey and before and after arriving at each attraction, he provided detailed explanations and diligently assisted with entry, recommended restaurants, and allowed ample time for group members to use the restrooms and enjoy free time. The most commendable part was finding a boat for us in Giethoorn and arranging a free ride, saving us a lot of time! The entire trip went smoothly, and we are very satisfied!
