The main tour is in English. If you need a tour in a different language, remember to bring headphones, as there are QR codes on the walls for scanning and selecting different language tours. If you have a good tolerance for alcohol, you must try this! In addition to the 2 tokens given with your ticket, there's another tasting before you even reach the bar. Heineken in Amsterdam truly tastes different from overseas versions; it's not astringent and goes down smoothly. Remember to use the restroom before joining the canal cruise, as it lasts about 1 hour and there are no restrooms on board, only basic facilities. For the Lovers Canal Cruise departing from Amsterdam Central Station, the latest departure you can choose is 9 PM; other cruises might have their last departure at 6:30 PM. It might be difficult to follow the commentary along the way, but cruising the canals at night or in the evening is also a great option.

The experience was really good. We walked through the old Heineken brewery. We did the tour in 15-20 minutes, took a couple of photos, and then you get two free drinks with a couple of options. The boat tour was decent. You can listen to the audio in different languages during the one-hour canal cruise.

The experience was fantastic! I learned about the history of Heineken, the brewing and bottling process, and even had the opportunity to pour draft beer. Tasting the fresh draft of Heineken was absolutely incredible!

A visit to Heineken's brewery in the city center was truly impressive. Since it rains frequently in Amsterdam, it would be a good indoor activity even if you visit on a rainy day. Compared to Anne Frank's House and the Van Gogh Museum, reservations were more flexible, and I was able to book a few days in advance. The interesting storytelling led by a professional Heineken guide was great, as were the various media art installations, diverse entertainment elements, freshly poured draft beer, and even two free drinks at the Heineken bar. However, many blogs and YouTube videos suggest that an hour is enough for the tour. I recommend setting aside a generous two hours for your visit if you want to take your time, enjoy the two free beer vouchers at the bar, and then leave. I visited for just an hour with my next destination in mind, and I was very, very disappointed.

Experience the history of the Heineken Museum at an affordable price, with a canal cruise included. However, the canal cruise is essentially a separate itinerary, even though it's sold together with the Heineken Experience. The check-in locations are also separate. This was a bit different from what I expected, so please pay close attention when purchasing.

Splendid time spent. Well-organised tour, English-speaking guide. Even teaches you how to pour a good glass of beer. Indeed, the world's best beer.

The building itself is beautiful, and the interior is clearly meticulously designed. You basically get three free beers, and you can also create your own custom-labeled beer.

Highly recommend this trip, we had a wonderful time on a one-hour cruise in Amsterdam, learned about the city's history, and the best part was the Heineken Experience. There were many surprises inside the experience. Bring some nuts and peanuts with your beer, have lots of fun, highly recommend!
