The main tour is in English. If you need a tour in a different language, remember to bring headphones, as there are QR codes on the walls for scanning and selecting different language tours. If you have a good tolerance for alcohol, you must try this! In addition to the 2 tokens given with your ticket, there's another tasting before you even reach the bar. Heineken in Amsterdam truly tastes different from overseas versions; it's not astringent and goes down smoothly. Remember to use the restroom before joining the canal cruise, as it lasts about 1 hour and there are no restrooms on board, only basic facilities. For the Lovers Canal Cruise departing from Amsterdam Central Station, the latest departure you can choose is 9 PM; other cruises might have their last departure at 6:30 PM. It might be difficult to follow the commentary along the way, but cruising the canals at night or in the evening is also a great option.

The experience was really good. We walked through the old Heineken brewery. We did the tour in 15-20 minutes, took a couple of photos, and then you get two free drinks with a couple of options. The boat tour was decent. You can listen to the audio in different languages during the one-hour canal cruise.

Highly recommend this trip, we had a wonderful time on a one-hour cruise in Amsterdam, learned about the city's history, and the best part was the Heineken Experience. There were many surprises inside the experience. Bring some nuts and peanuts with your beer, have lots of fun, highly recommend!

This is the ticket for two activities: Heineken experience and canal cruise. The reservation in Klook is only for the Heineken experience. The canal tour time slot cannot be booked via Klook. You will need to go the the tickets and tours office in person to commission the ticket. It's recomended that you go to get the ticket early morning so that you have more available time to choose. 1) Heineken experience is good. The presentation are good for people who like beer and especially Heineken but not exciting. The only drawback is that are too many people in a group. I could not hear the explanation from the tour guide when I was in the back of the group. 2) The canal cruise. I attended the cruise tour at 8pm (in May). The time is perfect. The sunlight is just right for photoshooting. You will need to be at the pier 15 minutes before the boat leaves. Everything is good except the audio. Not much contents explained by the audio. The audio cable is short, so if you sit near the aisle, the cable will be pulled out from time to time. So, make sure you sit on the outside edge of the boat.

以為館區小小的無法逛很久，但其實有很多體驗活動，覺得真的很用心設計這些，基本上可以拿到三杯啤酒，如果不喝酒的人也可以參觀，飲料就跟吧台的人換無酒精的飲料即可！ 遊船部分有中文導覽很棒，但最好選擇坐在順向位置，不然一直回頭很累！

Klook買套票，又平又方便，預早一日買，第二日就用得，體驗館好好玩，真係可以玩2⃣️小時！用QR code入場方便, 唔使排隊買飛，船遊運河也是值得去的！

It was unexpectedly good. It has designed with different technologies to show us the making of Heineken Beer. It also had a small beer tasting + 2 free beers (with your tokens) Plus, they have heaps of entertainments and photo booths for visitors to enjoy and play with. I will highly recommend everyone to visit Heineken Experience if you are in Amsterdam.
