Superb! I decided to go to France at the last minute and found that tickets for the Palace of Versailles were no longer available on the official website, so I came to KLOOK to look. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only tickets but also a fantastic transfer service. Since it was my first time in Paris, I wasn't familiar with the area. Luckily, I was staying near the Eiffel Tower, close to a pick-up point. So, I walked to the pick-up location, where I saw the staff. She scanned our tickets, and we were off. Upon arrival, she kindly told us where to enter, where the restrooms were, and where the dining areas were. The audio guide and garden tickets were also included! The garden is absolutely worth visiting. After we finished exploring in the afternoon, they picked us up. I give this trip a hundred points; I am truly, truly grateful for this service, which allowed me to successfully complete my trip to the Palace of Versailles. Thank you!

It's convenient, with a shuttle service, so you don't have to travel by yourself. I arrived and waited in line for the 11:30 AM round. The staff sent a QR code via WhatsApp. On the way back, you can choose a drop-off location in the city.

At the meeting point in the morning, a very friendly staff member will confirm your details and give you a return ticket for the bus (please keep it safe!). Everything was quite good, but the time was a bit insufficient. If you wish to explore at a leisurely pace, it's recommended to go on your own to avoid the time constraints of the return bus.

Fácil de localizar el punto de encuentro. Se produjo un retraso al esperar a los demás. Encuentro a las 9:45 +30 minutos en Versalles. Entrada al palacio a las 11:30. Este tour es muy conveniente y cómodo para ir y venir sin la molestia del transporte público. Podrás descansar después de las muchas horas de caminata.

Convenient pick-up and drop-off locations (air-conditioned small coach). Ticket timed-entry is at 11:30AM so you may have to wait a bit if the group arrives early. Had more than enough time to explore the entire place with lunch at the gardens.

It was decent, the tour guide was easy to communicate with, and it saved us the hassle of public transport, allowing us to focus on the scenery. We had 4 hours of stopover time, which was sufficient.

Unfortunately, the waiting time after gathering on that day was too long. We don't know if we were waiting for other guests. The itinerary stated that we would arrive at the Palace of Versailles at 10:45, but in fact, we were still waiting for guests near the Arc de Triomphe at that time. We first toured the gardens, entered the Palace of Versailles at 13:30, and had to gather to leave at 15:30, so the touring time was relatively short. There were many people that day, and even going to the restroom or restaurant required a long queue, so there was simply not enough time, which was a pity. The staff were friendly, but they did not provide Chinese service.

The tour guide was kind and friendly, the roll call process was simple and quick, and the bus departed on time. The tour minibus was comfortable and clean. Upon arrival, we could enter at the scheduled time. However, there was a small issue with the garden entrance tickets; the staff informed us that the travel agency had booked for a future date. After clarification, we were still able to enter smoothly in the end.
