Experiência no Sétimo Paraíso Fiji em uma Plataforma Flutuante

This was the highlight of our Fiji trip. It was seamless from the pick up until the hotel transfer. I was not really expecting a lot because it's in the middle of the ocean but I was amazed that it has complete facilities like spa, bar, toilet plus a lot of sun loungers and seats for all the guests not to mention the great food as well. I think the best part of this trip is the amazing group of our guides/staffs. They were so friendly and accommodating. I love everyone's energy. Kudos to the team!

It was very convenient with hotel pick-up and drop-off, and the whole activity was so fun. The staff was friendly as well. Definitely a highlight of our Fiji trip.

1. Regarding hotel transfers, only a few hotels around Denarau Marina are included. Because Nadi Airport's surroundings didn't look large on the map, and Denarau Marina is also near the airport, I mistakenly assumed that transfers from nearby hotels were included when booking. Also, there was no reminder when filling in the pick-up hotel that our hotel was not included in the transfer service. After arriving at the hotel, the staff at the hotel's tour booking counter contacted the Seventh Heaven staff the day before and confirmed that there was a pick-up order for the next day. At that time, there was no mention that this transfer required payment. The next day, we waited for a long time in the hotel lobby, but no one came to pick us up. The staff at the tour booking counter (not the one from yesterday) then came over and said that our transfer had not been paid for and thus not finally confirmed, and we needed to take a taxi to the marina ourselves. The round-trip taxi fare was FJD40. Well, after getting in the car, the driver charged FJD25 for a single trip to the marina. On the way back, we happened to catch a bus going to Nadi Town, so we took the bus back to the hotel. 2. Once you arrive at the floating bar, you need to quickly secure a seat. There are already limited seats, and most are reserved, leaving only a few to grab. It's even harder to get a seat that is shaded and protected from rain. We initially grabbed a set, but then it was exposed to the scorching sun, and later it rained, so we ended up moving our chairs and squeezing into a corner. 3. They do not accept cash, only card payments, with an additional 3.5% service charge. Items at the bar are already on the expensive side.

Una de las mejores actividades en Fiyi. Realmente me arrepentí de no haber traído mi bañador, ya que planeaba ayudar a las chicas a tomar fotos. Se lo pasaron genial y todo el personal fue muy acogedor y servicial. La comida y las bebidas eran incluso mejores que en los restaurantes de los hoteles. ¡Se lo recomendaría a todo el mundo!

A sea bar that's a 45-minute boat ride away. Overall, it's very comfortable and not crowded. You can swim in the sea, sunbathe, and really relax. The food is also delicious! 👍🏼

Most awesome crew! Great experience! Free kayaks! All sorts of food available! And they even offer an overnight retreat for couples up to 6! Highly recommended.

Everything was top tier in experience, 10/10 service, amazing food and staff. The prices were a bit more pricey but that’s okay you’re on holiday!
