Initially, it was raining heavily, and we thought we would have to reschedule, but then it stopped, and we proceeded! The view was phenomenal, and the staff were amazing! Great service, and the entertainment part was so much fun! Definitely recommend. You also get transfers to and from your accommodation.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delayed pick-up for my booked activity today. According to the confirmation email I received, the pick-up was scheduled for 4:30 PM at my hotel. However, no one has arrived or contacted me to update the situation. When I made the booking through Klook this morning, I clearly specified the pick-up location. And I need to reach out via email to confirm the pick up time. This lack of communication has caused confusion and inconvenience, especially as the activity was expected to start around 5:30 PM. I appreciate your immediate attention to this issue.

The sunset was beautiful the night we went on the cruise. Unfortunately the lobster was not available but after an email from the company and going back the Klook, a refund for the difference was quickly supplied. The staff were lovely and the food plentiful, all in all a very nice night out on the water.

I took this trip a few years ago and then bought it for my parents as a gift while we were on holiday. They loved everything about it. From the trip to the food, but especially the staff.

The boat was an hour late! The sun has already set by the time we depart. Don't go for lobster as it do not worth the money. The light in cabin also very dim and blinking - giving nauseous! Other food also not great - you also need to purchase water! Not great experience at all. Not worth the money especially when sunset doesn't exist.

We received an email stating the pick-up time was 4:30 PM at the lobby of Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa. We were at the hotel lobby at 4:15 PM and were told by the bellboy that the bus had shown up at 4:00 PM. We took a taxi and paid FJ$10.00. We also booked the lobster dinner upgrade, but we received half a lobster shell with lobster salad, hardly any lobster meat. We felt we were ripped off by Captain Cook Cruises Fiji’s Cruise Line & Klook.com.

Our trip was cancelled at the last minute due to technical issues, and we didn't receive any notification until we arrived at Port Denarau. We were also charged an administration fee for the cancellation. It wasn't our best experience in Fiji.
