Seriously, our cooking class in Saigon was one of those trip highlights that just sticks with you. It felt super exclusive because it was just my two friends and me that morning. We got all the attention, which was awesome. Our chef was a gem. She was quite patient, guiding us through making three Vietnamese dishes. And the best part? She shared her own stories while we cooked, making it feel less like a class and more like hanging out with a friend who's an amazing cook. We were laughing and having such a great time preparing everything. We also agreed and think that the spring rolls we made that morning was hands down, the best we had our entire trip. The Saigon cooking class was definitely a class we'll be remembering fondly for a long, long time. If you're heading to Saigon, you should try something like this!

The venue was a bit tricky to find, even Google Maps didn't help much. I had to walk past a workshop to get there. The class was amazing though! Chef Oanh (sorry if I spelled that wrong) explained everything in detail, sharing secrets and tips on which ingredients to use for the best results. Another lady (oh my goodness, I've forgotten your name, I'm so sorry!) explained the dessert, and it was a surprise! We didn't make the dessert ourselves as it needed to be prepared beforehand. But it was such a good experience. Just book it, don't overthink it! 🤣

Chef and staff are all friendly ❤️ A really nice activity to experience Vietnam on a deeper level. Chef even discussed few recipes we could try at home since I went on the class with my mom (e.g. marinate sauce, banana ice cream). She also recommended other food we should try and restaurants we should check. It was a pleasant talking to her and listening to here food trivias and personal stories. I’d go back next time on a different day to learn how to cook other dishes. We had the class to ourselves. Not sure if all afternoon classes really have few students enrolled. We booked a cooking class in Saigon through Klook and it was a fantastic experience. The price was reasonable, and we started with a market tour where we learned how to select fresh ingredients. During the class, we had the opportunity to cook three dishes. The chef guided us expertly, making the cooking process both educational and enjoyable. The food we prepared looked amazing and tasted even better! Overall, this was a worthwhile experience and a great way to immerse ourselves in Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Saigon!

We just stumbled upon this class here on Klook. I would highly recommend to try this one with the market tour. Chef Oanh's market tour was very informative and fun. After that we went to the cooking studio and it was squeaky clean and cozy. We prepared three dishes which we also ate ourselves and all of their staff were nice and helpful. Aside from that, Chef made sure to answer all of our curious questions with some of the native ingredients even after the tour. Please come and you will surely learn more about Vietnamese cuisine, plus all dished are filling. <3

Lớp học của cô vừa tương tác vừa cung cấp nhiều thông tin, mang đến cho chúng tôi những sự thật thú vị về từng món ăn, cách món ăn ra đời và phát triển theo thời gian ở mỗi vùng miền Việt Nam – ví dụ như món Chả giò chiên nổi tiếng. Các trợ giảng khác liên tục đảm bảo chúng tôi được cung cấp đủ nước và sẽ đến hỏi xem chúng tôi có cần thêm đồ uống không. Thiết bị và dụng cụ cũng ở tình trạng rất tốt và vệ sinh tuyệt vời! Khu vực chuẩn bị nguyên liệu trong bếp của họ gọn gàng và sạch sẽ, điều này mang lại cho chúng tôi sự yên tâm rằng Đầu bếp Oanh luôn đặt tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh và an toàn thực phẩm lên hàng đầu. Chúng tôi thực sự rất thích các buổi học với Đầu bếp Oanh và chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu cho những người bạn khác của chúng tôi tham gia một buổi học nấu ăn vui vẻ vào buổi chiều. The previous cooking experience in Bangkok was so much fun that we signed up for another culinary session in Vietnam. Before the class, the chef took us through the vibrant wet market, sharing on the commonly used ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine. The chef guided us step by step with so much fun chopping, mixing the ingredients with the final products ending up in our stomach! Recommended activity in HCM

This is a very good cooking class for you to join! A must-do in Saigon! You will learn how to cook, cut vegetables, understand sauces, and more. It's very fun and very nice! You should definitely do this in Saigon! Thank you!!

Here are the things we liked about the class. Chef: She can give clear instructions in English. She patiently waited for us to finish cutting or cooking the dishes. She explained the dishes well and their history. Food: We love our dishes - chicken stew, elephant ear plant, and lotus salad. Place: It’s in an ideal location! After the class, we strolled around the strip of fashion shops. The place is well-ventilated and is spacious enough to move around.
