this hotel is centrally located, clean and has friendly staff. we were traveling with two of our kids and the room was spacious enough for the rfour of us, which I understand is hard to come by in Tokyo. I would pass on the lobby cafe. at 1,800 yen for a capacino I found this to be double the price of any other cafe on the area. if you like the great ambiance, it could be worth it, but for us travelling with two young kids, it was not. Otherwise this is a great hotel, in an amazing area of the city. We will stay here again in the future.

The location is absolutely perfect, ideal for the first or last day of your trip (or for your entire stay). It's situated in a business district, which means it avoids the mess and air pollution often found in purely tourist commercial areas. In the evenings, after the workday crowd disperses, it becomes very quiet. Chain convenience stores and coffee shops are within 100-150 meters, and it's extremely close to the subway station. Overall, it's a typical business hotel, nothing too surprising. The staff are very polite, and the place is clean.

No complaints at all… convenient location, clean room, reasonable price… plus they offered free pastries and coffee every morning (1 per guest).

Such a great location not only for Shimbashi but all of Tokyo. Was so easy to get to train station and restaurants near by. Staff were lovely and attended my every need. Would stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 1-2 minute walk to Takaracho and Kyobashi stations, and a taxi ride to Tokyo Station costs only 700 yen. I chose a 28-square-meter room, which allowed me to open 2-3 suitcases. This will be my top choice for my next visit to Tokyo!

It might be due to the high property prices in the area. Aside from the small room, everything else was great. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was good and had everything we needed. It has the facilities and atmosphere of a hostel, with laundry machines, a water dispenser, and a kitchen. There are many international guests.

AMAZING ! Fab location, comfort, and modern amenities. The room itself was cozy and has streaming TV apps and regular Japanese TV. The hotel is also conveniently located to next door bars and restaurants. Staff was outstanding. Anything you need for a Tokyo first timer was met ! Thank you 🙏
