This place could be absolutely perfect for you if you don’t need to be in west Tokyo often (Shabuya) It’s connected to a covered walkway tothe JR line that puts you in Tokyo central in 25 Minutes. It has free busses running back and forth all day long to Disneyland (10 minutes) It has “large” rooms with three comfortable beds. A rarity in Tokyo It has free beer and wine and lots of kids food ice cream etc… 2pm to 11pm daily.

Everything was great except the check in. We waited over 30 minutes in line before getting to the front desk. It was the last day of a long weekend, so management should have expected more people to be checking in and had more staff at the front desk. Management should also have come up with a better way to do the “children’s gift” promotion, rather than doing it at check-in; this slowed things down a lot, as many children couldn’t decide which gift to choose.

We loved how it was close to shopping places and you it had an area for little kids. Also it being near the train station and how it is a free snack station. Lastly the breakfast is great has really good food and drinks. Highly recommended for families

Wow this hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and willing to help. I just wish they served different options for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here.

The play wall in the lobby was great distraction for the kids while we checked in. Breakfast buffet was great as well.

Everything you need is here at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. If you are planning on going to Disneyland parks, they have a free shuttle that was easy to get access to. Love the amenities room where you could pick up extra things like toothbrush, comb and bath towels. We also did laundry and it was an easy system to use, card only. Attached is a Lawson convenience store and we basically picked up breakfast and snacks daily. If you are going from city to city, they also have a luggage transfer surface on the 1st floor. They are only open 7am to 1 pm so make sure you plan to get there early enough to make sure your bags get to your final destination. We actually went down on the same day we were leaving to Osaka, wanting them to transfer to our next Tokyo hotel when we came back. They held on to the bags and shipped to arrive the day before we checked in and it worked perfectly. Our bags were waiting for us at the front desk. Only $75 USD for 4 bags. Saved us the hastle of having to carry all of our bags with us on the train. They also have a reception that starts afternoon until midnight about every day. If you need a beer, wine or snacks a good spot to grab something after a day out exploring. My kids loved the candy bar, make your own pancakes and cotton candy machine. We got fresh towels everyday and checkout was easy and smooth. All I had to do since room was already paid for was to stick a magnet on the door for quick checkout and dropped our keys off before heading out.

The place was excellent, all the staff was friendly, the amenities were always clean, a convenience store 24h was excellent, close to a mall, and train station was really handy.
