The room is extremely small, with virtually no space to relax other than sitting or lying on the bed. The bed is tucked into the corner of the room, making movement difficult—you can barely turn over without your arm hitting the wall. On the opposite side, there is a shelf-style desk with a chair underneath, but the bed blocks it from being fully pulled out, making the workspace impractical to use. The bathroom is equally cramped. There is so little room that drying yourself after a shower is challenging without bumping into the walls, sink, or toilet. Considering the size and layout of both the room and bathroom, I do not feel this property offers good value for the price. There are comparable accommodations in the area available at lower rates that provide more comfortable living space. That said, the staff were very helpful, courteous, and professional throughout my stay, which was the most positive aspect of the experience.

Enjoyed the stay

Great location near Kanda station and about 16 min walk to Tokyo stn. Room very tight and very small bathroom. Otherwise we happy with the room.

Complimentary coffee available 24 hr in the lobby is excellent. Especially cafe au lait tastes heavenly. Next to the coffee machine you’ll find a microwave oven, as well as on the 4th floor. Convenient stores such as Seven Eleven and Lawson are located in every 150 m, almost.

We only stayed one night before heading to Osaka, the rooms are on the smaller side which is fine for a short visit. Staff very friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean with everything we needed for our stay.
