Verbleef bij vrienden

Very spacious and clean. Convenient check in. Only downfall, the light in the bathroom stopped working during our stay but other than that we enjoyed everything. Loved the hot springs and all other amenities. Very close to the train and universal

Staff are very nice.The hotel is close to the train station and very accessible .Everything is very good.The only minor issue that we encountered is that , there is no dryer available, but at least you can wash your dirty clothes.There is also a designated place by the balcony where you can hang your clothes.They have 2 options for breakfast which is good but becomes repetitive especially when you stay there for more than 3 days to a week. Overall.. We had an excellent experience while staying at the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious but the location was not great, we were between train tracks and could hear them. There is no front desk, everything is automated so if you arrive early you can’t check in and there is nowhere to leave your bags. If you are going to universal I would suggest staying there, it was the same price, convenient and there is options for food, this hotel doesn’t have options.

Hotel was good. It was a large apartment. Breakfast was good, but limited. Kids did not like the breakfast as there was Not much variety. Restaurant food was good for dinner. Bathhouse was amazing experience. Laundry was good. No dryer, it drys by centrifuge.

Very nice space for family. Everything is available at the property with the view. Also, we enjoyed the hot spring and breakfast. It is too sad that we only enjoyed one time as I forgot I added the breakfast option. Definitely come back again if we want to go to the universal studio.

Very beautiful rooms. A little far from tourist activities but close enough to a station for travel. Overall, a really great place to stay with lovely views and great hotel food! Will book again next time I’m in Osaka!
