small tour group with mini-bus. the ride was smooth, syllabus was great and Baku the tour guide was awesome. Baku gave us great tips during the trip (i.e. what to buy at service centre, where to grab lunch at Biei station…). we enjoyed it very much! thx the team for their effort!!!

Gids Hana is altijd glimlachend, energiek en geduldig. Zelfs tijdens een dagtocht geeft ze je het gevoel dat je thuis bent. Hana legt de achtergrond van elke bezienswaardigheid zorgvuldig uit en beveelt bij elke plek heerlijke lokale specialiteiten aan, zoals fruitmaïs en lavendelijs. Ze is ook uitstekend in het maken van foto's voor reizigers! Hana vertelt ook over de kenmerken van Hokkaido, de lokale producten en leert ons zelfs kleine weetjes, zoals hoe je de kwaliteit van meloenen kunt onderscheiden. Ze deelt ook haar persoonlijke aanbevelingen voor must-try gerechten in Sapporo, waardoor reizigers Hokkaido beter leren kennen. Zelfs toen het die dag regende, was het een geweldige ervaring.

Our tour guide, Hikaru, made this one-day tour of Furano and Biei in Hokkaido absolutely wonderful! The itinerary was well-planned, with plenty of attractions and perfect time allocation, so we never felt rushed. A huge thank you to our guide, Hikaru, for providing such professional and thoughtful service throughout the entire trip! Hikaru's explanations were informative and engaging. During the tour, he vividly introduced us to Hokkaido's history, local customs, and the unique features of each attraction. Upon arriving at each site, he thoughtfully reminded everyone of the restroom locations, showing great attention to detail. The schedule management was excellent; meeting times were clearly communicated, and the driver's smooth and safe driving made the entire experience very seamless. Shikisai no Oka: The rainbow flower fields were incredibly spectacular and visually stunning! Farm Tomita: The fragrant flower fields were so relaxing, and the cantaloupe was incredibly sweet. Blue Pond & Waterfall: The dreamy blue pond water, combined with the surrounding natural scenery, was even more beautiful in person than in photos. In summary, this was a perfect one-day tour with excellent value, saving us the hassle of planning our own transportation. Special thanks to our guide, Hikaru, and the driver for taking such good care of us and creating wonderful memories of our Hokkaido trip. We will definitely book again next time! 👍

Rita was a wondeful guide! Very welcoming, sweet, and also gave us wonderful advice. I think the itinerary was properly planned and we were able to experience and explore the most beautiful and unique parts of Hokkaido. Highly recommend!

Hana was very nice and helpful during the trip. She also know how to take picture well for us.

Liu was very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of knowledge about Hokkaido. His explanations were concise and clear, with no unnecessary chatter, which was great! 😆 He managed the trip's timing perfectly. We were also very lucky to have comfortable weather that day, making it a truly worthwhile journey.

It was an enjoyable trip. The guide provided additional explanations in English for those of us who didn't speak Chinese, which made it easy to understand, and they also saved us time by taking a faster route.

De tour was uitstekend en het beste was dat onze gids, Andy, ons wist te behoeden voor lange wachtrijen bij de lunch en andere attracties, omdat zijn timing perfect was. De plaatsen die we bezochten waren allemaal prachtig, en daarbij kwam nog dat de lucht helder was. ZEER AAN TE BEVELEN om te doen als je in Hokkaido bent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
