Had een geweldige ervaring vanaf het begin. We begonnen rond 2:45 uur 's ochtends! Had een goed gesprek met meneer Abdi die ons naar het Klook-basiskamp had gebracht en daar ontmoetten we meneer Ngurah die de 4x4-jeep bestuurde en ons naar Mount Batur bracht. Hij was professioneel en zeer communicatief. Hij was geduldig genoeg om overal tijdens de reis foto's van ons te maken. Het enige dat teleurstellend was, was dat we de zonsopgang niet konden zien vanwege regen en slecht weer. Afgezien daarvan heeft het hele team geweldig werk geleverd. Hulde aan iedereen.

Had a great time on this tour! Deendra is the nicest guide I've met in Bali.He was sharp on time to pick me up.from hotel..was very polite and attentive through out the trip.I felt very safe as a solo traveller and all thanks to this great guide! First stop was the coffee plantation.I have to admit I wasnt too excited for this stop.But I was pleasantly surprised.Had the nicest guide showing me around and giving great explanation about the types of coffee.He was always smiling and just the warmest person.Didnt at any point force me to buy any products but I ended up buying anyways because the coffee tasting was so delicious!! Must visit this place! And Akasa Cafe was so scenic and just amazing views.The staff was so friendly there ans the food was great too! I badly wanted to go here after seeing all the insta feeds and boy the place was just as amazing as the insta posts!!🤩😍Last but not the least Mount Batur The drive along the way with great views of the Lake and explanations from deendra was just the icing on the cake.Wan the other guide took over on the Jeep tour and the views were breathtaking!! He took loads of pics for me and suggested poses as well.Kintamani and Mount Batur is a one of a kind experience that shiuld not be missed! Had an awesome trip and a great experience! My driver was Arya, who picked me up early in the morning and drove me to a meeting point where I transferred to a jeep with Colo, who took me halfway up to the volcano. There, we waited for the sunrise before being driven back to Arya, who then took me on the rest of the tours. The entire experience was wonderful, and I was able to capture some amazing pictures along the way. I am especially grateful to Arya, who went above and beyond. He was kind, respectful, and patient, as well as an excellent translator. Throughout the ride, he shared his deep knowledge of the local culture, answering all my questions and giving me valuable insights. His guidance made the journey much more meaningful. I truly appreciate both Arya and Colo for their service. Very grateful.

Batur tour such a wonderful experience 🫶🏻 Arjana reached out to us prior to the trip to confirm the pick-up schedule, which helped us plan our time better. His friendly demeanor and easygoing personality also made the ride more enjoyable, as we felt comfortable throughout the journey. The highlight of the tour was definitely the jeep adventure through Mt. Batur and the Black Lava fields, led by the amazing Rinti. Despite being new to the job, she remained positive, professional, and skilled, navigating the challenging roads with ease. We were especially amazed to see a female driver in a male-dominated field—she truly inspired us with her confidence and dedication! After the tour, Arjana brought us to AKASA Specialty Coffee, where we were greeted with an astonishing view overlooking the volcano. That easily made it the best breakfast of our entire Bali trip, a perfect end to an already unforgettable experience! Thank you, Klook, for assigning such incredible guides to us! We felt safe, well taken care of, and couldn’t have asked for a better adventure ❤️

司機前一天約06:30水明漾酒店接我們出發，車程需2.5hrs，到達活動地點後，稍作休息後 導遊 Budi，Mudi 安排穿上他們提供的全身Full gear保護裝備，簡單briefing後出發，這款越野車錶版上沒有顯示任何波段，對於我剛甩P不久，平時又沒有駕駛經驗，當然當日我死火無限次啦！兩位導遊好nice，很有耐性幫助我，沿途又幫我們拍照拍片，中午他們帶我們去了一間面向巴杜爾山的平民自助餐開飯，午飯後回程，沿途經過小路，叢林，黑色熔岩沙地，平時難以有這種駕駛體驗，所以我好推薦大家都來！

Mijn man en ik waren beiden tevreden met de begeleide tour. De reden hiervoor is dat de uitleg over de geschiedenis en cultuur van Indonesië in het Koreaans ons hielp het beter te begrijpen en ervan te genieten. Het voertuig was comfortabel en hoewel de afstanden tussen de tempels, de vulkaan en de koffieplantage behoorlijk groot waren, was het fijn om in de auto te kunnen rusten. We waardeerden het dat onze mening voldoende werd meegenomen in de verschillende keuzes en dat we, ondanks de enorme file op het einde, goed naar ons hotel werden gebracht. Bedankt hiervoor.

De fiets past goed bij me en de route heeft zoveel uitzichten die me aanspreken. Ik zou deze tour een 10 geven, het was een geweldige rit.
