The guide 小橙子 was very conscientious and passionate in doing her job even though it was really challenging for one guide to be leading so many different groups. She was cheerful and knowledgeable and was skilful in managing expectations and knew her way around the various attractions very well. The first transfer from the airport was no good because the four of us with a few large pieces of luggage were assigned a normal saloon car which resulted in four of us having to squeeze at the back row behind the driver. The last two hotels were especially good and served good breakfast! Overall strongly recommended!

Fantastische tour, Yaya was een erg aardige gids. Ze sprak goed, was attent en zorgde ervoor dat we tijdens de hele tour goed werden verzorgd. Het was een tour met een hoog tempo, waarbij zoveel schilderachtige gebieden werden bezocht die we op eigen houtje niet hadden kunnen doen. Een absolute aanrader voor mensen die het maximale uit een zeer strak schema willen halen. De accommodatie was goed, maar niet op de meest gunstige locaties. Het inbegrepen eten was erg lekker. Net als bij andere tours waren er extra kosten.

reisleider: Mijn reisleider (Mr. Peng) was vanaf het begin 100% bij de les, hij zorgde voor ieder van ons voor, tijdens en zelfs na de tour. Hij waarschuwde ons voor onnodige uitgaven. Wanneer we meer eten nodig hadden, hielp hij ons bestellen. De kennis van de reisleider was top. Accommodatie mogelijkheden: hotel is goed geboekt en gepland Reisplan: alles was goed gespreid

Great tour lead Xiao Wu 小伍. Super attentive. Allocated sufficient time for each tourist site and lunch. Guided the museum tour with depth. Recommended small group tour for all visiting Changsha. Not to be missed.

Our 5-day family trip to Zhangjiajie was truly unforgettable, thanks to our fantastic local guide, Ms. Xiao Hu (小胡), who was not only responsive and helpful but also incredibly friendly and caring throughout. Though the rain prevented us from enjoying Tianmen Mountain and Phoenix Ancient City, we still marveled at the wonders of Zhangjiajie National Park. One of the highlights was staying at The Valley Secret Realm Resort Hotel, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable journey for our family. We highly recommend both this tour and the exceptional Ms. Xiao Hu to anyone looking to explore Zhangjiajie

I booked a guided tour of the Changsha Museum through Klook this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The day before the tour, the local contact proactively reached out to confirm the itinerary, which was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, our guide, A-Cheng, was an even bigger surprise—professional yet engaging. He narrated Changsha's history like a story, connecting artifacts from the daily life of the Han Dynasty's Changsha Kingdom to the romantic poetry of Tang Dynasty kilns. He excelled at weaving the artifacts into a compelling narrative. He didn't just explain 'what' the artifacts were; he also guided us to observe intricate details in the patterns and the colors of kiln glazes, answering many questions. Previously, when visiting museums, I mostly just glanced at things without much depth. But with the guide's explanations, my perception was completely transformed. I used to think artifacts were distant from us, but the guide's explanations brought them closer. If you're planning a trip to the Changsha Museum, I highly recommend joining a guided tour. If you're lucky enough to get A-Cheng's tour, don't miss it! He helps you see not just artifacts, but the vibrant history of Changsha.
