Really good location. Fantastic nights sleep as you really need the aircon. Amazing breakfast, really good choice. What makes the review excellent though is the staff, the simply could not have been nicer and more attentive. When back in Hanoi would definitely go back there

Nice boutique hotel in old quarters. Everything within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing. They had buffet and you could order from Ala cart as well with no extra charge.

Very good, enjoyable time

The hotel was a haven amidst the chaos of Hanoi. All staff were very professional and friendly, and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by offering sightseeing suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good food in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was a great place for a cocktail. The swimming pool was very small - not really big enough to swim - but they have limited space on the rooftop. A very well located hotel right next to the Cathedral.

This is a fantastic choice to stay in a lovely Boutique Hotel in the Center of the Old City. Your day will start with an unbelievable breakfast overlooking St. Josef Kathedrale and the Center of Hanoi. The staff is incredible kind and helpful. There is a full Spa directly in the Hotel. On weekends Huan Kiem is a wonderful pedestrian only the area around the lake. A Central Park of Hanoi truly. Highly recommend this wonderful centrally located Hotel for your stay. You will not regret

Loved everything about this hotel, from the moment I walked in its doors. The reception staff was polite, professional, and fast. The room was immaculate. Jack, the General Manager, obviously trains his staff to a high level of service, and if you meet him when you're there, you'll find him charming and extremely helpful, like old-school service we used to get at the best five-star hotels in Europe (before they were mostly bought out by conglomerates or chains). His kind attention made me feel that the hotel is now a home away from home for me, and I am looking forward to getting back there as soon as I can
