Beliggenheten er god, nær alle de viktigste aktivitetene takket være kartet vi fikk i resepsjonen. Personalet er også vennlig, og rommet er rent.

Resepsjonsservicen var høflig 🥰, og jeg fikk en kakekupong til bursdagen min. Rommet var ryddig og rent, med en fantastisk utsikt som var veldig åpen og avslappende. 🥳 Selv om det var rødt og svart regnvær disse to dagene og bassenget var stengt, hindret det ikke meg i å nyte bursdagsferien på rommet. Bursdagskakekupongen ga meg flere 🍮 valg, inkludert sjokolade, noe som var flott! ❤️ Denne gangen tok jeg med bursdagsbånd og blomster for å feire, det var perfekt! Transport: Det er skyttelbuss til og fra Tung Chung, Sunny Bay, Disneyland og West Kowloon Station. (Hotellets nettside viser rutetider). Mat/fasiliteter: Rett ved siden av hotellet er det et ganske stort marked (med blomster), en liten IKEA, en liten Mannings, samt en 7-Eleven, en bar og flere små restauranter. En ca. 10-minutters busstur tar deg til et større kjøpesenter ved den andre enden av kaien, med taiwansk nudler, pizza, vestlige restauranter og barer, ParknShop, blomsterbutikk, Japan Home og andre små butikker.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the hot water for the shower took a little while but was sufficient. All outlets were equipped with charging cables. The TV antenna reception in the room was a bit weak. Hotel Location: Taking the 3M bus from Tung Chung directly to the Mui Wo Market stop takes about 40 minutes, which is very convenient and the cheapest option. The hotel faces an unbeatable sea view. From a sea-view room, you can observe the rhythm of nature and the changing weather throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening, which is truly enjoyable. Breakfast: Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with unlimited coffee, milk tea, toast, butter, and jam. It would be even better if there were more variety. Service: We appreciate the front desk staff for doing their best to arrange a late checkout, which allowed us to fully enjoy the hotel's facilities. This was especially helpful since the pool was closed on Tuesday, the day we checked in, meaning we could only use it the following morning. So, the late checkout was very convenient for us. Overall, the environment here is quiet and beautiful, allowing you to slow down and truly enjoy a vacation.

This hotel is highly recommended. From free shuttle service to/from the airport and to/from TungChung Station, to the accommodating staff, clean and very beautiful room. I booked 3 rooms, and since we travelled with senior citizen and a child, i requested for rooms closer to one another and in the lower floors if possible. my requests were granted and they booked us very close to the elevator on the 6th floor. Rooms were cleaned and supplies were replenished everyday.

After two consecutive weeks of activities, I was physically and mentally exhausted. So, I took Monday off and went to Cheung Chau for an overnight stay on Sunday evening. Although this place is entirely self-service, it's incredibly convenient. You can check in before 12 PM, and even enjoy breakfast with a sea view, allowing you to completely relax.

Every detail throughout the property was well-maintained, creating a welcoming and high-end atmosphere. ​Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of wonderful people, top-tier service, and pristine facilities made our visit unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will certainly be back again soon. This hotel is highly recommended. It's easy to find, located on the 9th floor after transferring from the 3rd floor of the mall. Check-in was convenient. Our room faced the sea, and we could see planes taking off and landing, cable cars, the Airport Express train, helicopters, speedboats, and buses. It's amazing to see so many modes of transportation from one hotel window! The hotel has a lot of wood and is designed with a Japanese feel. The pool also has a heated section, which is great! Special requests were also accommodated. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was sufficient. This is a unique hotel that's definitely worth recommending.

As a Hong Konger, my last stay at a Disney hotel was four years ago, at the classic Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. This time, for my birthday, I decided to try the Hollywood Hotel, and the result was a pleasant surprise! First, there's a shuttle bus from Disneyland Station that takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes starting from 12:30 PM, making it easy to plan your day and even visit other hotels for guest-exclusive activities (like crafts, painting, etc.). The hotel seems to have been renovated; I initially thought it might feel a bit dated, but after experiencing it, I found it to be very clean and bright overall. There are Disney decorations everywhere, and Disney cartoons play in the lobby, which was delightful and kept the kids entertained for a long time! The room wasn't huge, but it was full of Disney charm and even prettier than in the pictures! Having visited Disneyland in California, this hotel gives you a very American-style experience, making it feel like a vacation even when you're in Hong Kong. The breakfast was also excellent, especially the Chinese dim sum, which was fantastic. Chef Donald was even there for photos throughout the morning, so breakfast is definitely worth trying!

The weather was so-so, and I came to Cheung Chau again, luckily there was no typhoon. Cheung Chau seems to have changed a lot, and some shops have already closed down! Oh well... the weather was mediocre, it kept raining, so I didn't do much shopping. I hope the weather will be better next time~
