Room is clean. And two beds are big enough for three people. Only the fan in the bathroom is not working. My room has a beautiful view. We like the hotel.

The entire hotel and our room were perfectly themed to the Mickey Explorers. Food was delicious with a variety of restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again when we go to HK Disneyland!

Great property to stay with kids spatially for the true Disney experience. Good size rooms with ok amenities, slightly dated but generally ok. Pool area and general facilities are great and spacious and the staff friendly and courteous. Biggest downside to this hotel and one which is probably a Disney created and related issue is the food. Apart from breakfast which is plentiful and good quality (but wildly expensive) the other food options( and lack of them) are below average and pricey and as this location has nothing else around it to choose from the Disney monopoly really makes it a bad experience.

Staff is very helpful and informative. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Amenities in the room were amazing; especially the water purifier.

I like this resort very much. The sea view is stunning and the gardens are beautiful. Staff are very helpful and the wheelchair service and rent is very convenient.

Location was great. Property was great. Down side, food expensive and nothing outside closes. Delivery not able come to property. Our room had smell in bathroom of sewer, gas from floor drain. We filled plastic bag with water covered it solved the problem for us. Over all loved the experience, just didn’t look at food bill until get home.

This 4-star hotel is 11 mi (17.7 km) from AsiaWorld-Expo and 13.3 mi (21.5 km) from Ladies' Market.] The new regulation on disposable plastic products starts on April 22, 2024. Under the new regulation, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels are prohibited from providing for free toiletries packed in disposable plastic containers, toiletries made of plastics and disposable plastic-bottled water in the guest rooms. Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels suggest that travelling guests bring their own toiletries to participate in the “reduce plastic” initiative and help minimize the use of disposable plastic products. For Guests staying at Disney Explorers Lodge, Guests can purchase a toiletries set (for 4 guests) at the Hotel Front Desk at HKD$40 upon check-in.
