La ubicació és bona, a prop de totes les activitats principals gràcies al mapa que ens van donar al taulell. El personal també és amable i l'habitació està neta.

El servei de recepció va ser molt amable 🥰, i pel meu aniversari em van donar un val per a un pastís. L'habitació estava neta i ordenada, amb unes vistes fantàstiques, molt obertes i relaxants. 🥳 Tot i que aquests dos dies va ploure molt (alerta vermella i negra), i la piscina estava tancada, això no va impedir que gaudís de la meva estada d'aniversari a l'habitació. El val per al pastís d'aniversari permetia triar entre diverses opcions 🍮, incloent-hi xocolata, genial! ❤️ Aquesta vegada vaig portar cintes d'aniversari i flors per celebrar-ho, va ser perfecte! Pel que fa al transport: hi ha servei d'anada i tornada a Tung Chung, Sunny Bay, Disneyland i l'estació de West Kowloon. (Els horaris es mostren a la pàgina web de l'hotel). Menjar/productes: Just al costat de l'hotel hi ha un marketplace bastant gran (amb flors a la venda), un petit Ikea, un petit Mannings, a més d'un 7-11, un bar i diversos restaurants petits; a uns 10 minuts amb autobús, s'arriba a un centre comercial més gran a l'altre extrem del moll, amb menjar taiwanès, pizza, restaurants i bars occidentals, ParknShop, una floristeria, Japan Home i altres petites botigues.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the hot water for the shower took a little while but was sufficient. All outlets were equipped with charging cables. The TV antenna reception in the room was a bit weak. Hotel Location: Taking the 3M bus from Tung Chung directly to the Mui Wo Market stop takes about 40 minutes, which is very convenient and the cheapest option. The hotel faces an unbeatable sea view. From a sea-view room, you can observe the rhythm of nature and the changing weather throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening, which is truly enjoyable. Breakfast: Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with unlimited coffee, milk tea, toast, butter, and jam. It would be even better if there were more variety. Service: We appreciate the front desk staff for doing their best to arrange a late checkout, which allowed us to fully enjoy the hotel's facilities. This was especially helpful since the pool was closed on Tuesday, the day we checked in, meaning we could only use it the following morning. So, the late checkout was very convenient for us. Overall, the environment here is quiet and beautiful, allowing you to slow down and truly enjoy a vacation.

As a Hong Konger, my last stay at a Disney hotel was four years ago, at the classic Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. This time, for my birthday, I decided to try the Hollywood Hotel, and the result was a pleasant surprise! First, there's a shuttle bus from Disneyland Station that takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes starting from 12:30 PM, making it easy to plan your day and even visit other hotels for guest-exclusive activities (like crafts, painting, etc.). The hotel seems to have been renovated; I initially thought it might feel a bit dated, but after experiencing it, I found it to be very clean and bright overall. There are Disney decorations everywhere, and Disney cartoons play in the lobby, which was delightful and kept the kids entertained for a long time! The room wasn't huge, but it was full of Disney charm and even prettier than in the pictures! Having visited Disneyland in California, this hotel gives you a very American-style experience, making it feel like a vacation even when you're in Hong Kong. The breakfast was also excellent, especially the Chinese dim sum, which was fantastic. Chef Donald was even there for photos throughout the morning, so breakfast is definitely worth trying!

This hotel is highly recommended. From free shuttle service to/from the airport and to/from TungChung Station, to the accommodating staff, clean and very beautiful room. I booked 3 rooms, and since we travelled with senior citizen and a child, i requested for rooms closer to one another and in the lower floors if possible. my requests were granted and they booked us very close to the elevator on the 6th floor. Rooms were cleaned and supplies were replenished everyday.

L'habitació era prou espaiosa, equipada amb un purificador d'aigua i molt còmoda. After two consecutive weeks of activities, I was physically and mentally exhausted. So, I took Monday off and went to Cheung Chau for an overnight stay on Sunday evening. Although this place is entirely self-service, it's incredibly convenient. You can check in before 12 PM, and even enjoy breakfast with a sea view, allowing you to completely relax.

Exceptional Stay from Start to Finish! ​Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. It provided the ultimate relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. Every detail throughout the property was well-maintained, creating a welcoming and high-end atmosphere. ​Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of wonderful people, top-tier service, and pristine facilities made our visit unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will certainly be back again soon. The weather was so-so, and I came to Cheung Chau again, luckily there was no typhoon. Cheung Chau seems to have changed a lot, and some shops have already closed down! Oh well... the weather was mediocre, it kept raining, so I didn't do much shopping. I hope the weather will be better next time~
