We had a amazing experience on the Best of Banff National Park tour with Angel as our guide. Angel was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire day. He made everyone feel welcome, shared interesting information about the area, and ensured the tour ran smoothly. The tour itself was excellent value for money. Compared to many similar tours, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful locations we visited and the quality of the experience. Everything was well organized, and we never felt rushed. Thank you, Angel, for making our Banff trip so memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area! 😊🏔️✨

For the price I paid, it’s an excellent experience! The tour guide, Andrew, is really insightful and kind. Every stop has bathroom breaks and all the places we visited are really nice. I will definitely come back in the summer to do another tour!

great place for the families. the only thing we would like to point out is the slide. we were not instructed on how to ride it (need to hold the red strap and lean back) and one of my kids fell and flipped during the ride. the employee needs a reinforcement on the rules.

Our first time booking a tour via Klook and it definitely won't be the last! We booked the Niagara Falls Day Tour which included the Journey Behind the Falls and roundtrip transportation. The experience was 100% stress-free. Our driver was very friendly, professional, and gave very clear instructions throughout the trip, which we really appreciated as first-timers. My husband and I truly enjoyed the breathtaking views without worrying about the commute. Highly recommended for couples who want a seamless trip!

After getting off the cruise, I experienced Flyover, which is in the same building as the cruise terminal. Booking through Klook was one-third cheaper than buying tickets on the spot, and I could also reserve a time online. I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled time, but they were able to change my time on the spot, and I could also store my luggage. The entire Flyover experience was about twenty minutes long and very interesting, similar to a 5D movie at Universal Studios. It made me a little dizzy, but the experience was still very good.

Transaksjonen med kundeservicerepresentanten er enkel. Jeg tror du kan komme før tiden din, da de fortsatt godtok min selv om jeg var en halvtime for tidlig.

Parken har gratis skyttelbuss til og fra Vancouver sentrum, noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg dit. Vi var også heldige og besøkte parken under julelysperioden (Canyon Lights), og parken var utrolig vakker. Vi besøkte parken på dagtid og ble til etter at lysene ble tent om kvelden, noe som føltes veldig verdt prisen. Siden parken er opplyst om kvelden, er det mange besøkende da, så det anbefales å komme tidlig.

Reiselederen var veldig hyggelig, humoristisk og snakket både kinesisk og engelsk. Han hadde enestående fagkunnskap og kunne til og med forklare hvorfor innsjøene i Rocky Mountains er så spesielt blå. Tusen takk igjen for turen – den var veldig hyggelig!

There's a free maple syrup factory tasting arranged. I heard the Canadian side of Niagara Falls is relatively more scenic (I didn't take the optional boat tour, as I was afraid of getting wet and having to wash clothes). It's worth purchasing the direct bus service from downtown Toronto to the falls.

Our tour guide, Andrew was an absolute delight and extremely welcoming. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable and engaging. Our friends have the same tour booked under our recommendation so hopefully they get Andrew! Only thing that could be improved would be the timing - it was quite tight but through no fault of the tour guide. We were in a larger group and there were people lagging behind (e.g. hopping off the bus slowly ~10min wasted) and multiple times people were late to the bus (the same group were 10min late and decided to change on the bus and hold us all back, and on another occasion a man was 15min late to the bus). In total we probably wasted 30min due to these customers but Andrew remained kind and engaging the entire time. A small suggestion would be to enforce the time limit and remind them sternly, because it was quite unfair for the other paying customers on the same bus. However this tour was definitely worth every cent and Niagara was absolutely stunning.

The tour guide, Kenneth, was friendly and caring. He walked up to the Peyto Lake view point with us. He could have taken a break at each stop. He even drove back and turned his van around because we spotted bears in the wood along the highway.
