We had a amazing experience on the Best of Banff National Park tour with Angel as our guide. Angel was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire day. He made everyone feel welcome, shared interesting information about the area, and ensured the tour ran smoothly. The tour itself was excellent value for money. Compared to many similar tours, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful locations we visited and the quality of the experience. Everything was well organized, and we never felt rushed. Thank you, Angel, for making our Banff trip so memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area! 😊🏔️✨

great place for the families. the only thing we would like to point out is the slide. we were not instructed on how to ride it (need to hold the red strap and lean back) and one of my kids fell and flipped during the ride. the employee needs a reinforcement on the rules.

Varasimme ensimmäistä kertaa retken Klookin kautta, eikä se todellakaan jää viimeiseksi! Varasimme Niagaran putousten päiväretken, joka sisälsi Journey Behind the Falls -kokemuksen ja edestakaiset kuljetukset. Kokemus oli 100 % stressitön. Kuljettajamme oli erittäin ystävällinen, ammattitaitoinen ja antoi erittäin selkeät ohjeet koko matkan ajan, mitä arvostimme todella ensikertalaisina. Mieheni ja minä nautimme todella henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä murehtimatta matkustamisesta. Suosittelemme lämpimästi pariskunnille, jotka haluavat saumattoman matkan!

After getting off the cruise, I experienced Flyover, which is in the same building as the cruise terminal. Booking through Klook was one-third cheaper than buying tickets on the spot, and I could also reserve a time online. I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled time, but they were able to change my time on the spot, and I could also store my luggage. The entire Flyover experience was about twenty minutes long and very interesting, similar to a 5D movie at Universal Studios. It made me a little dizzy, but the experience was still very good.

Asiointi asiakaspalvelijan kanssa on helppoa. Uskon, että voit mennä aikataulustasi edelle, sillä he hyväksyivät minunkin asiani, vaikka olin puoli tuntia etuajassa.

Puistosta on ilmainen kuljetuspalvelu Vancouverin keskustaan, joten sinne on helppo päästä. Sattumalta vierailimme puistossa juuri joulun valaistuksen (Canyon Lights) aikaan, ja puisto oli todella kaunis. Kävimme puistossa päivällä ja jäimme sinne iltaan asti valojen sytyttämisen jälkeen, mikä tuntui ehdottomasti hintansa arvoiselta. Koska puistossa on valaistus illalla, siellä on silloin paljon kävijöitä, joten suosittelemme saapumaan paikalle ajoissa.

Matkanjohtaja oli erittäin ystävällinen, hauska ja puhui sekä kiinaa että englantia. Hänellä oli valtavasti asiantuntemusta, ja hän osasi selittää jopa sen, miksi Kalliovuorten järvet ovat erityisen sinisiä. Kiitos vielä kerran matkajärjestelyistä – se oli erittäin miellyttävä kokemus!

So totally worth it! The crew were very knowledgeable and professional. They really took efforts to explain about the whales we were trying to sight and when we do sight the whales, they took efforts to get us the best viewing angles. We got to see Orcas, humpbacks, sea lions and seals.

There's a free maple syrup factory tasting arranged. I heard the Canadian side of Niagara Falls is relatively more scenic (I didn't take the optional boat tour, as I was afraid of getting wet and having to wash clothes). It's worth purchasing the direct bus service from downtown Toronto to the falls.

Our tour guide, Andrew was an absolute delight and extremely welcoming. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable and engaging. Our friends have the same tour booked under our recommendation so hopefully they get Andrew! Only thing that could be improved would be the timing - it was quite tight but through no fault of the tour guide. We were in a larger group and there were people lagging behind (e.g. hopping off the bus slowly ~10min wasted) and multiple times people were late to the bus (the same group were 10min late and decided to change on the bus and hold us all back, and on another occasion a man was 15min late to the bus). In total we probably wasted 30min due to these customers but Andrew remained kind and engaging the entire time. A small suggestion would be to enforce the time limit and remind them sternly, because it was quite unfair for the other paying customers on the same bus. However this tour was definitely worth every cent and Niagara was absolutely stunning.
